I ordered the prime sirloin, chicken teriyaki, and mushroom soup. The mushroom soup took 30 minutes to arrive, followed by my steak. The chicken teriyaki took around 40-45 minutes to arrive. I ordered a medium-rare steak but was given a medium-well instead, so I had it sent back to the kitchen. When I finally got my correct order, the steak was undercooked on some sides, especially the fatty corners. I was very disappointed because this was not the first occasion that I had to send food back at this restaurant. The previous time, it was the fiery chicken that was overcooked, and I sent it back to the kitchen only to get one that was undercooked. On both occasions, the staff apologized and offered to get me a new plate the second time, but I refused them as I was already hungry and halfway through my meal.

Service is relatively slow. Many of the service staff tend to stand around talking to each other, and the garlic bread served to us was not hot (I saw it on the counter for a while before it was served to us).

I have no idea how the reviews rave about the food here. I was looking forward to Astons and I was appalled. Upon the first bite, I felt my blood pressure rising, as if I were getting hypertension. The staff was nice enough to change it, but the salt was free and infinite. A very sad experience. Only the baked potato was edible.

For good value Western food, my family and I thought it was very good! I have been a big fan of Aston's for a very long time and finally got to try this outlet in Changi City Point. My son really enjoyed the steak and the chicken – both were done well. My wife enjoyed the two portions of chicken prepared two ways. The portions were very good and the sides were definitely tasty. I believe the salad was said to have tasted amazing! I will definitely be coming back again!

I had an amazing dining experience at Aston and really want to commend the team here. Every staff member I encountered was polite, friendly, and provided excellent service with a great attitude. It’s not easy to maintain such high standards, but they did it effortlessly.
The food was also a pleasant surprise; everything was served hot and fresh, and the taste was even better than I expected. The meat was noticeably more tender and flavorful compared to other outlets. It’s clear that the kitchen team takes pride in their work, and it really shows in the quality of the food.
This outlet has truly left a great impression on me, and I will definitely be coming back as a regular. A big thank you to the entire team for their hard work; I hope their efforts are recognized and appreciated because they truly deserve it.

Even though the deal was 20c for a chicken with 2 sides, everything was very organised and well planned. It's highly commendable that the service or quality wasn't compromised just because it cost only 20c. After ordering, the time taken to serve was very fast. I enjoyed it very much! The black pepper chicken, mac and cheese, and corn were very delicious despite the discount. I was happy to pay $5 to upgrade to a meal.
