Starbucks Singapore stands as the undisputed leader in premium coffee culture, operating over 130 strategically located stores that have transformed how Singaporeans experience and appreciate specialty coffee. Since opening its first store at Liat Towers in 1996, Starbucks has evolved into more than just a coffee shop—it's become Singapore's third place between home and work, where connections are made over expertly crafted beverages.

The menu celebrates both global Starbucks favorites and local inspirations, from the beloved Caramel Macchiato and Java Chip Frappuccino to uniquely Singaporean creations like the Hainanese Chicken Rice Wrap that pays homage to the nation's culinary heritage. Each location maintains the brand's commitment to ethically sourced coffee beans and skilled baristas who ensure every drink meets the exacting standards that coffee enthusiasts expect.

Beyond exceptional coffee, Starbucks Singapore offers compelling value through programs like Happy Hour's 1-for-1 deals between 2-5PM weekdays and weekend treats that reward loyalty. With locations spanning from bustling Orchard Road flagships to neighborhood heartland stores, Starbucks provides consistent quality and ambiance whether you're seeking a morning caffeine boost, afternoon respite, or evening workspace. The brand's integration of mobile ordering, comfortable seating, and reliable WiFi has made it an essential part of Singapore's urban lifestyle.

Had our lunch at Andes by Astons @ Changi Terminal 1. We both had the Prime Rib Eye and I ordered the Xtracut. I was surprised that the Xtracut looked no different from the normal Prime Rib Eye, except for an extra small "lump" of meat. I would appreciate it if the menu indicated the size of the cut in weight, like most usual steak houses, so consumers can have a better idea of the steak's portion. The steak was tender but not flavorful. The mash potato gravy was rather bland, and the mash potato tasted like the instant type you get from supermarkets. The portion of mushroom soup is "strictly" for a single serving and the taste is rather bland as well. However, the garlic bread portion is plentiful. Overall, it was just an average meal. It was also great to see that they do employ seniors.

The meat was tender and juicy, with the lemon sauce making it even better. The portion size was acceptable. The sides were delicious, except for the broccoli, which was slightly undercooked. However, the service was disappointing. Our prepared drinks were left unattended for over 10 minutes, and everyone seemed to avoid the bar counter for some reason.

Landed and decided to have dinner at Astons around 6pm, and regretted it instantly. There was a long queue outside, yet no urgency from any of the staff. The staff seemed to be taking their own sweet time, and many customers inside were still waiting for their food. Lots of tables were left dirty and untouched for over 40 minutes while staff just walked around aimlessly. We waited to be seated for more than an hour, despite all those uncleared tables. The worst part? When we finally got seated, we saw that more than half the restaurant was empty; just dirty tables waiting to be cleared before the next group of customers could come in. The long queue outside could’ve easily been avoided if the staff had any sense of urgency or knew what they were doing. And to make things worse, they don’t even need to do cashiering since orders are done and paid via QR code. So what exactly were they doing? On a busy Sunday evening, especially at an airport, you’d expect better. Surely they could’ve had more staff on duty to handle the crowd? Even the manager was just dilly-dallying when there was a huge queue outside. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Not the kind of service I would expect from Astons, especially at Changi. Truly disappointing.

Went to eat dinner with my family. We ordered the double chicken (grilled chicken and fried chicken). We could only eat the grilled chicken because half of the fried chicken was not fully cooked!

For a quiet Saturday lunch, there were so many staff standing around, yet no one bothered to look at the cutlery to see how filthy it was or wipe down the baskets. When serving the food, instead of just placing it in front of whoever, is it too difficult to ask who is having the “Chargrilled Chicken”? When I told the waitress it was for the other person, she sarcastically replied in Malay, “oh it’s not yours, hah?”. The cashier (a male on the spectrum) however was extremely detailed and very well-versed. He knew the QR codes to scan. When asked for extra bacon bits after the manager put “2 strips of bacon,” he said, “no, the strips, not bits.” The manager took over when I asked for bacon bits. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but he didn't give me all the Changi Rewards slips; I had to ask for them. When I scanned them, they weren't my receipts based on the amount...

I frequently dine at this Andes outlet, and it is always a good experience. The friendly service crew enhances my visits, making me feel genuinely welcomed. I usually ask for an additional butter for the baked potato, and the staff gladly provide it. The manager, Fasli, was attentive and knowledgeable. What truly stood out was the impeccable service. Fasli and the rest of the staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout my meal. The only thing that is down is the consistency of the doneness of the steak.

Went for the 20th anniversary promo and the service was really top-notch. Portions were very good and decent, and they didn't compromise on taste. They handled the crowd and queues well in a very systematic order. Really impressed.

Tried one of their 20th Anniversary deals at this outlet. Despite a built-up queue, staff service was prompt and polite. The Grillworks chicken with a selection of 2 sides tasted nicely done. Appreciated the free drinking water at the self-service counter.

Had a prime ribeye steak, well done. The place was really nice and the servers were great. I was surprised by how juicy and tender the steak was. The price was also reasonable. It's actually a good place to grab a bite before check-in if your airline counter isn't open yet but you're early for your flight.

The staff gave us a table near our luggage as per our request. Food, as usual, is good. We asked for extra seasoning for our fries, and the staff gladly provided it. The Mac & Cheese was a little too cheesy, but still acceptable. I'm thankful for the complimentary water provided for diners.
