Starbucks Singapore stands as the undisputed leader in premium coffee culture, operating over 130 strategically located stores that have transformed how Singaporeans experience and appreciate specialty coffee. Since opening its first store at Liat Towers in 1996, Starbucks has evolved into more than just a coffee shop—it's become Singapore's third place between home and work, where connections are made over expertly crafted beverages.

The menu celebrates both global Starbucks favorites and local inspirations, from the beloved Caramel Macchiato and Java Chip Frappuccino to uniquely Singaporean creations like the Hainanese Chicken Rice Wrap that pays homage to the nation's culinary heritage. Each location maintains the brand's commitment to ethically sourced coffee beans and skilled baristas who ensure every drink meets the exacting standards that coffee enthusiasts expect.

Beyond exceptional coffee, Starbucks Singapore offers compelling value through programs like Happy Hour's 1-for-1 deals between 2-5PM weekdays and weekend treats that reward loyalty. With locations spanning from bustling Orchard Road flagships to neighborhood heartland stores, Starbucks provides consistent quality and ambiance whether you're seeking a morning caffeine boost, afternoon respite, or evening workspace. The brand's integration of mobile ordering, comfortable seating, and reliable WiFi has made it an essential part of Singapore's urban lifestyle.

I think this outlet is very understaffed. It took 45 minutes to get the food out. Perhaps it was peak hour, which I can understand. What I cannot understand is the person on the grill station today. I sent the steak back to be cooked 100% well done. It came out well done, okay, but it was cold. Either he's a magician or a couldn't-be-bothered cook. If you've finished grilling, send the order out. How is that so difficult? What are you waiting for? Another order for a medium-well steak came out medium-rare. Since the kitchen was busy, I have no qualms. But again, the steak was cold. Did this guy pass his food safety exam? The garnish or side dishes being cold, I can understand, as these are prepared awaiting the mains. Somehow, all of them were cold. Why, why????? The only saving grace was the waiter in the video. His composure and politeness in handling multiple complaints from other tables were amazing. He deserves to be promoted.

We were a table of four. I'd like to share a few comments. Firstly, the restaurant seemed understaffed, as the service was noticeably slow and inefficient. Secondly, one of us ordered the salmon spaghetti, which turned out to be extremely disappointing – easily one of the worst salmon dishes we’ve ever had, which is surprising given it's usually a safe option. The handling of the situation was also poor. The manager simply replaced the dish without offering any apology, and unfortunately, the second serving was just as bad. The rest of the meals – mainly grilled chicken sets – were acceptable. As we were leaving, I raised the concern with an elderly staff member about the food quality, but her response lacked any sense of apology or acknowledgment. The manager remained silent throughout. The salmon tasted and smelled unpleasant – almost like it had been washed in dirty water, with a sewer-like odor. Please take this as constructive feedback: avoid serving salmon dishes in their current state, and improve service standards – especially since you’re located in Changi, a place that should reflect the high standards of Singapore.

18/9/2025 @ 3pm. I was served by a front staff named Ms Karen. I regret that her customer service was not ideal. She either did not answer me when I requested a table seating inside, or had no patience to explain how the combo works, the selection of sides, and combo choices. I even had to walk into the restaurant to look for the given table (table number). She immediately provided service after I asked for the channel for feedback.

Andes is the halal arm of Aston and it's the same as you get to order main and get to choose 2 sides

Andes is the halal arm of Aston, and it's the same concept where you order a main and choose two sides. I ordered the black pepper fish, which cost me $13 plus. For my sides, I chose onion rings and garden salad. The food is not bad, but it's a bit pricey and the portion is small. I returned on 8Jul25 and had the teriyaki chicken. The overall taste was not bad, but I still found the portion to be slightly lacking.

My last order was clearly indicated as 10:15 PM on Google and at the store. I arrived at 9:26 PM and was informed that they were already closed and no longer accepting guests. Please reflect your operating hours clearly. The staff could not properly communicate this information either, stating, “The manager said that we are closed, so we are closed.” Another excuse was that it takes 20 minutes to cook the food, so they couldn't accept any last orders anymore, even at 9:26 PM.

The teriyaki chicken had a savoury glaze with a light sweetness and umami flavours—not too overpowering on either taste. The grilled texture was distinct and enjoyable, complementing the chicken's slightly oily yet very tender texture. I chose french fries and potato wedges as my side dishes. Both were crispy, but the wedges stood out as my favourite with its hearty golden crunch. Staff are very friendly and accommodating! Price: - Teriyaki Chicken $12.90 (excluding 9% GST)

The food was superb; we cleaned our plates, which was unusual! I've been to many Andes outlets before, but this one has the best atmosphere (not that the others were bad). The staff was friendly and helpful. Please order the wagyu steak if you come here – I loved it! The ice lemon tea was just right, not too sweet and didn't taste artificial.

The food was served quickly and was delicious. Karen at the counter was helpful and patient with our requests and Changi app issues. The other staff were also friendly and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back if we're at T4 Changi again.

ANDES by ASTONS at the top of T4 Changi Airport is an excellent spot for a high-protein Western lunch or dinner. The food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. The only slight disappointment was that a few dishes were out of stock, such as the Caesar Salad. The service crew were warm and attentive, and the environment was clean, comfortable, and quite welcoming. This particular restaurant is Muslim-friendly and is Halal-certified. They open daily from 10:30 AM, with the last order taken around 10:15 PM! Great job Astons!
