Usually love Andes, but not today. I ordered a medium-rare steak and received one that was medium-well to well-done. After informing them, I was given a piece of meat that was close to raw. The fiery chicken and chargrilled chicken were good, though. Let's hope I don't get a stomachache. Regardless, I would suggest either avoiding this outlet or not ordering their steak.

The spaghetti was soggy and bland overall. The bolognese sauce was watery and tasteless, while the salmon spaghetti was excessively sweet. The burger was also dry and lacked flavour. The salt and pepper shakers barely dispensed anything. Flies were present around our table, and a staff member was coughing without wearing a mask. I would not recommend this place.

The steak was badly burnt and the wedges were sweet. However, the chicken, mushroom soup, and fries were great. Overall, I'm giving it 2 stars because the main focus was on the food. The staff were friendly.

Service:
The serving of food was slow. The soup, which should have been a starter, was served only 30 minutes after we inquired about its status, despite it not requiring fresh preparation.
Service crew member Jerry was quite rude, behaving as if we owed him money.
Food:
The portion of soup was disappointing, as the bowl was only half filled.
The grilled chicken was decent, but nothing exceptional.

Waited 30 minutes for cold fries and cold wedges. We also received the wrong cuts of meat. We ordered ribeye but were served sirloin for two plates. When we asked the staff to double-check, they insisted it was ribeye. The meat was as shown in the picture.
