I ordered the green curry chicken with steamed rice. The waiter served the green curry and walked away. I waited for a good 10 minutes, thinking he went to get my rice, and then decided to signal to him that my rice had not been served. It was then that he came, checked the order chit on my table, and went to get my rice. Poor service. The chicken in the green curry was undercooked. There was one piece that was half raw, and I almost vomited biting into it. The remaining time of my meal was spent looking for any edible chicken from the bowl. The chicken was either pinkish (undercooked) or disgusting with the smell of raw meat. I stopped eating and highlighted this to a waitress. She said she would inform her manager. After waiting for 10 minutes, there was no sign of a manager looking into this. The waiters and waitresses were looking away from my table and pretended to be busy. I had to call another waitress before she brought my plate of rice and chicken to the kitchen for the chef to see. I waited again. There was no update from the second waitress. Everyone just pretended to be busy. I called out to a waiter and asked if the kitchen was preparing a new bowl of green curry for me. He couldn’t answer (no communication amongst the staff). I told him to tell them not to prepare it, as I don’t know what they would do with the untouched chicken – recook it? He offered to compensate me with dessert, but I declined. I told the waiter there was no way I was going to pay for the green curry chicken. In the end, I paid for my drink and steamed rice, plus service charge and GST (total of $6.11) for the disgusting food and non-existent service. Sanook, please look into your food preparation process before someone eats your food and ends up with gastroenteritis.

My second visit within two weeks. The food is nice and value for money. Personally, I prefer the Red Tom Yam soup better than the clear one. Their Thai iced tea is nice too, not super sweet. Popcorn and water are self-serving. What impressed me the most was the staff's friendliness. Will definitely come back again soon.

The food is nice and the service is good. However, the air conditioning is not that great as I couldn't feel it much. Since we are eating spicy food here, I feel that the air conditioning should be stronger so I wouldn't be sweating as much after eating.

Service was fast. Food is fantastic as always. (Regular customer) Can never go wrong with Sanook. The red tomyum is the new favourite, on top of the green curry.
