Starbucks Singapore stands as the undisputed leader in premium coffee culture, operating over 130 strategically located stores that have transformed how Singaporeans experience and appreciate specialty coffee. Since opening its first store at Liat Towers in 1996, Starbucks has evolved into more than just a coffee shop—it's become Singapore's third place between home and work, where connections are made over expertly crafted beverages.
The menu celebrates both global Starbucks favorites and local inspirations, from the beloved Caramel Macchiato and Java Chip Frappuccino to uniquely Singaporean creations like the Hainanese Chicken Rice Wrap that pays homage to the nation's culinary heritage. Each location maintains the brand's commitment to ethically sourced coffee beans and skilled baristas who ensure every drink meets the exacting standards that coffee enthusiasts expect.
Beyond exceptional coffee, Starbucks Singapore offers compelling value through programs like Happy Hour's 1-for-1 deals between 2-5PM weekdays and weekend treats that reward loyalty. With locations spanning from bustling Orchard Road flagships to neighborhood heartland stores, Starbucks provides consistent quality and ambiance whether you're seeking a morning caffeine boost, afternoon respite, or evening workspace. The brand's integration of mobile ordering, comfortable seating, and reliable WiFi has made it an essential part of Singapore's urban lifestyle.

It was difficult to order via scanning the QR code after a few attempts, and we had to go to the counter to order.
Food was served sloppily (see picture) and one order was wrong. Instead of steak and chicken, we were served fish and steak. The steak was well-done instead of medium-rare. We got tired of waiting, so we just ate the well-done steak.
Service was absolutely terrible.
1. It was difficult to get any of the waiters' attention.
2. Our soup bowls were not cleared despite two servers coming to our table to serve our food. They were placed at the side in full view.
3. The worst was when we asked a lady manager if she could clear some of our plates when she was serving the last food for our table, and she said it was somebody else's job. We were all stunned by her response, but before I could ask if she would let the person know, she walked away. All our plates were not cleared until we were about to leave.
If a manager doesn't know how to answer a simple request politely and correctly, it shows a lack of training and managerial skills. No wonder the service was lacking.
With this kind of service, despite the food being affordable and good, we will definitely not return to this outlet.

We walked in feeling excited and looking forward to a quick lunch. Although it wasn’t too crowded during lunch hours, I noticed that many customers before us had been waiting for quite a while. After placing our order, we ended up waiting for over 30 minutes without any updates. Eventually, we had to approach the staff to inquire about our food. Ideally, the staff should have taken the initiative to inform us about the delay.
It seemed like there was only one person cooking in the kitchen, which may explain the slow service. However, I believe there should be sufficient staff in the kitchen to handle orders efficiently. If the operation cannot be managed properly, it raises the question of whether the outlet is prepared to serve customers during peak hours.
Additionally, when our food finally arrived, we noticed that the wedges were over-fried and the Mac & Cheese was given in a lesser portion than usual, which impacted the quality of our meal.
I hope the management can address these issues to improve the dining experience for future customers.

The food is consistently good and awesome. However, the waiting time during dinner is ridiculous. We waited 30 minutes for just two pieces of main chicken. Not recommended if you're in a hurry; this isn't Western fast food. It's affordable Western slow-cooked grilled food.
The staff are really nice and attentive, but the kitchen process for getting food out is rather slow. Perhaps they need to invite Gordon Ramsay to speed up their kitchen process.
Scanning to order is also very slow. So, there's no point in scanning

Even though the restaurant wasn't crowded with many people and had a lot of empty tables, the staff rejected my request to choose my preferred seat. Then, when my friend arrived, that same staff member allowed them to choose. Were they trying to bully me? Or did they see me as an easy target?

The family visited this restaurant on a Saturday night, and the place was packed. The mobile signal was weak deep inside the restaurant, and we had trouble scanning the QR code to place our orders. Eventually, we had to queue at the counter to order manually, which defeated the purpose of digitalizing the ordering process.
Food was served rather slowly, given the packed restaurant and limited manpower, but the servers were nice and patient. The food standard and taste were similar to Aston's, but it seemed the prices were higher for Andes.

First time here, the food is good. The fried chicken cutlet is hot and crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. The chicken chop was tender, and the burger was huge. Sides are nicely executed to complement the main dishes. Prices are pocket-friendly, and it's popular with families. It is halal-certified with a wide variety of tasty dishes, making it easy to accommodate and please colleagues and friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, even though the place was full.

Delicious food and a great atmosphere for a meal! We visited during lunchtime on a weekday, and it did take a while for our food to be served. That said, my go-to fiery chicken tasted as good as always, and the sides were generous too. We shared some of it, hence the portion in the photo looks a little smaller than what was actually served.

I visited Andes at IMM during a very busy period (3 Aug around 4-5pm) when the shop was clearly short-handed. A young Malay lady with long hair tied up stepped up to man the cashier counter, serve customers, and promptly clear plates. She was even patient when my mobile phone had issues during payment. Despite the rush and long queues, she remained friendly, steady, and courteous throughout. The crowds at IMM can be overwhelming, but her professionalism and positive attitude made the experience much smoother. Great service like this deserves to be recognised. It may also be worth looking into hiring more staff during peak periods to better support such hardworking team members.

Came here for dinner and ordered the Crispy Fried Fish with Ice Lemon Tea ($16.50) and the Double Up Chicken ($18.90). The food was generally okay, though one of the chicken pieces was too charred and the rice was cold. A bit disappointing.
We were informed upfront by the staff that there might be a 40-minute wait for the food, which I appreciated as it gave us the choice to decide. In the end, it was about a 10–15 minute wait for a table and around 20 minutes for the food to be served on a busy Saturday night (6pm). So, I guess it's still pretty reasonable.
Service staff were polite, though they are clearly short-staffed. A good spot for value-for-money hearty Western food with your family and friends!
