The staff were very cold and rude. They were constantly bickering among themselves in front of customers as well. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

I went to buy Subway at Eastwood Centre today and experienced racial discrimination, insults, and harassment from an elderly lady working there. She insulted us multiple times at 8:05 AM when we arrived. During the conversation, she stated we looked like we were from Bangladesh, Pakistan, and even Malaysia, saying we didn't look Singaporean. She continued to insist we were Malaysian and insulted us by saying we sounded Malaysian. She was very rude and racist. Even after we left, she followed us a minute later and insulted us again, thinking it was funny. She laughed and said Singaporeans and Malaysians are different, even though we are Singaporeans, and continued to insult us. Due to this incident, the food was not consumed and was disposed of because of the unhappy and insulting vibe with which it was prepared. Transaction ID: 1/A-97756

The staff at this Subway were highly manipulative. They were rude, offensive, and ripped us off, offering no help. I strongly advise against using this Subway!

I visited Subway on a Thursday evening and was served by an Indian lady who was not welcoming at all. I couldn't hear what she had asked because other people were talking. When I replied, she was extremely sarcastic and her attitude was abysmal. She exclaimed, "I know that you want to eat here, I'm asking you what do you want." I understand that it is tiring to stand for a long time, but at least learn to respect your customers if you want to work in customer service.

Been patronizing this Subway outlet since 2020. It's located very conveniently near a bus stop (Eastwood Ctr - 85019) at Eastwood Centre, next to Cold Storage. I've been here countless times, but none left a lasting impression like today. So, I feel compelled to finally leave a review for a deserving staff member, Jessa. She was courteous, detailed, and kind. During the preparation of my sandwiches, she politely informed me about all chargeable add-ons and choices. As the store was experiencing an air conditioning breakdown, she reminded me that the seat I was heading for was wet due to water leakage from the aircon. She also went the extra mile to label my drinks "Zero" without me asking, so I would know which one was Coke Zero and vice-versa. Her kind gesture helped me identify both dark-coloured drinks with ease. When contractors arrived to fix the aircon today, she apologized again for the inconvenience caused when I moved to another table, further away from the aircon. Overall, I felt very well taken care of throughout my dine-in period. She's the best service staff this outlet has hired thus far.

A very pleasant Subway location, situated in an area that isn't too crowded. Most people tend to flock to the nearby hawker centre, which is probably why. The prices for a sandwich set, which includes two large cookies and a drink of your choice, are about $5 - $10. The soup of the day, usually mushroom or tomato, is a very nice addition. Vehicle parking in the building is expensive, though, so it's best to park at the nearby hawker carpark or on neighbourhood streets. It's a nice place to dine if you're walking by this location. Sometimes you'll see army boys coming in here.

One of the least crowded Subways, with amazing vibes. It's a decent Subway where you don't see many students hogging tables for studies. The service staff were friendly.
