Went there around 6 PM, and many items were no longer available. Pickles, mixed greens, jalapeño cheese, multigrain bread? I don't understand why they weren't refilling them.

No bread available at all, only wraps and flatbread. Some vegetables were out of stock. The drink machine was also spoilt, and the drinks were not cold. Additionally, there were flies buzzing around. The two staff members were trying their best, but this situation is unacceptable!

The staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. They tried to shortchange me on the portion of tuna, but another staff member corrected it. They wore gloves and touched everything with them, including the food. Very poor hygiene. I will report this to SFA!

Hi, I'd like to bring to your attention that this is not the first time I've experienced this. The two crew members are new and still unfamiliar with the products. They nearly gave me the wrong meat for my order. One of the dressing bottles had a neck that was too narrow to pour. The staff asked if I could change my choice of dressing. Only after I told him to open the cover could he pour it. I then ordered a nacho bowl, but he gave me a packet of nachos. They didn't seem to have any clue what they were doing, which delayed all incoming orders. Please have at least one experienced staff member around so they can guide the new ones. When I got home, I realised the nacho bowl was actually nacho chips with salad and Caesar dressing. There was no salsa, no jalapeño, and no melted cheese. I am telling you, there is a serious problem happening at your outlets.
