Hi, I'd like to bring to your attention that this is not the first time I've experienced this. The two crew members are new and still unfamiliar with the products. They nearly gave me the wrong meat for my order. One of the dressing bottles had a neck that was too narrow to pour. The staff asked if I could change my choice of dressing. Only after I told him to open the cover could he pour it. I then ordered a nacho bowl, but he gave me a packet of nachos. They didn't seem to have any clue what they were doing, which delayed all incoming orders. Please have at least one experienced staff member around so they can guide the new ones. When I got home, I realised the nacho bowl was actually nacho chips with salad and Caesar dressing. There was no salsa, no jalapeño, and no melted cheese. I am telling you, there is a serious problem happening at your outlets.

My personal experiences ordering from Subway at different outlets differ most of the time, depending on the service staff on duty manning the outlets. Generally, it's more uncommon these days to meet F&B service crew who make an effort to appear friendly, helpful, and accommodating to customers' requests. A shout-out here to the young staff member, Harshini, who made my day (and my delish sub!) with her warm and personable service. Thank you!
