Lack of service. The food was mediocre, not hot, and too dry. If you're looking for huge variety and to eat until you're full, this place is definitely value for money. In the end, the ice cream was the most enjoyable.

Swensen’s 1 Science Park Drive — where paying customers are treated like intruders, and staff get the real buffet. Booked for 8:30 PM. The website proudly states 90 minutes for dine-in. The reality? Staff barked at us that everything ends at 9:15 PM. So, thanks for the generous 45 minutes, Swensen’s. Why even take 8:30 PM reservations? Oh right — so you can scam people into showing up. The “chef” at the live station deserves an award for unprofessionalism. She loudly whined, “Why still let people in? We should have already closed,” while slapping together soupy rice with curry dumped on top and calling it “baked rice.” Honestly, I’ve seen instant noodles made with more effort and dignity. Hygiene? Nonexistent. Staff eating behind the counter maskless, filling their personal bottles at the drink machines, dismantling water fountains so customers get splashed. And the best part? At 9:15 PM sharp, customers are cut off so the staff can dig in — ice cream, food, you name it. Ah yes, the legendary Swensen’s staff happy hour, funded by paying guests like me. I spent $287.76 for this circus — my evening was ruined, I received attitude, trash food, and a front-row seat to watch employees treat the outlet like their personal canteen. Swensen’s, you should be embarrassed. You don’t run a restaurant; you run a scam with ice cream on top.

First time at Swensen's Unlimited, we went to the Geneo branch to celebrate my husband's birthday with four dear friends. We enjoyed the food and the many varieties of ice creams! The atmosphere here is really good. I like that it's so bright, clean, and with ample space. Ann attended to us; she is very friendly and nice! Thank you, Ann! We will come back here again.

We've tried Swensens' Unlimited buffet a few times at the airport, but this is our first time trying out this branch. We made a reservation for 11:30 am to get a good head start before the lunch rush on a regular weekday. The place here is quite spacious and can easily accommodate 200 people. By lunchtime, it was about 75% full. The food here is still as good as the food at the airport branch. We always go for our regular favorites like the mee goreng, handmade pizzas, strip loin with black pepper sauce, and meatballs. Nothing beats ending the buffet with some ice cream 🍦, waffles, and some nyonya kuehs.

If you're looking for a satisfying Western-style buffet in Singapore, Swensen's Unlimited is definitely worth a visit. The restaurant offers a wide selection of Western dishes, perfect for both families and casual diners. The place is impressively clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable dining environment. One of the highlights of our visit was the service, especially from Amira, a friendly and attentive staff member who went above and beyond to help us choose some of the best dishes on the menu. Her warm personality truly added to the experience. Considering it's a weekend, the price was surprisingly reasonable for an all-you-can-eat buffet. Great value for money, delicious food, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Happened to explore Geneo and realised... wait, this Swensons is a buffet! Didn't realise Swensons had a buffet branch! Walked in to super friendly staff, especially Tinie and crew (thanks for the superb service!). They let us take a look at the spread and we were hooked. No regrets! Amazing quality of food for the price... couldn't try everything! The pasta is to die for, and the ice cream selection is amazing. Highly recommended! Come with an empty stomach!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding dining experience at Swensen's Unlimited @ Geneo! The buffet offered a vast array of delicious options, including free-flow seafood, live carving stations, and a wide selection of desserts. The weekday lunch at $35++ was incredibly affordable, especially considering the quality and variety of the offerings. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable, making it a great spot for both family gatherings and casual meals. Service was exceptional, with Mr. Manager Matthew going above and beyond. He noticed I was a vegetarian and took the time to ensure I had plenty of suitable options. His genuine care and multiple check-ins made our dining experience even more enjoyable. One suggestion for improvement would be to include more plant-based options, such as Impossible meat, to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences. Additionally, having more tissue serviettes available on the table would be appreciated, as there were only one or two, which wasn't quite sufficient. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning!
