Ordered half a fried chicken for takeaway at 11 am. I received my order almost instantly on the spot. When I got home, I found the chicken didn't taste or look like the same one I used to buy from them before. The chicken skin looked dark brownish, and it tasted dry and hard. Probably the worst fried chicken I have ever eaten. I suspect it was leftover food from the previous night and they just reheated it. I will never go back to this shop again. Avoid at all costs.

First time commenting. I never thought I would waste a chicken like this. Ordered a FRESH FARM WHOLE CHICKEN from GrabFood. The chicken was salty and dry, with no taste. The burnt parts had more flavour than the meat, but it tasted bitter like dark chocolate. The meat was so dry, hard, and tasteless that even Matt Stonie would struggle to finish it. The portion of fries was small and also came soggy. Nothing about this meal was good. Overall, it was just over-fried, tasteless, hard chicken which is NOT FRESH (despite being called 'fresh farm chicken' from Tenderfresh). Please do not try this. It's the worst fried chicken I've ever had.

Tenderfresh Group has opened a new Tenderfresh Xpress takeaway food stall at Woodleigh Mall Basement 1. Having previously tried their popular fried and roast chicken, I decided to sample their sausage rolls and rice bowls from their halal food menu this time.

I must emphasize that the brioche buns are truly excellent, as are the bouncy chicken sausages. Each of the 5 flavours offers a unique taste, but I personally enjoyed the Black Pepper and Jalapeño ones the most. I would recommend eating them while hot.
For the rice bowls, the portions of protein and carbs are ample and well-balanced. They use their signature yellow rice, which makes it more flavourful than typical white or brown rice.

You can give the brioche chicken sausage roll a try if you want something different from the usual fried or roast chicken. The Jalapeno Salsa Sausage Roll was my favourite: tasty and flavourful. I also ordered the rice bowl; it would be great if I could choose the style of the egg, as I'm not a fan of onsen eggs.

Their menu was so extensive, but for this visit, I decided to try all five of their sausage rolls (Cheesy, Yellow Mustard, Black Pepper, Jalapeños Salsa, Sriracha). I love how they don’t skimp on the sauce and toppings, as the sauce is really full of flavour! The sausage itself is delicious too. I ate this over two days, and even after reheating, the bun was still soft and yummy!
I also had the Salmon and Teriyaki Chicken rice bowl. The portion is huge, so you can definitely share the bowl with someone. I love how they included lots of corn and edamame beans, so you get a complete, healthy meal. The caramelised onions were definitely a thumbs-up from me!
