The place is cramped. During the fasting period, people were queuing as if fighting for food. The cook couldn't keep up with the hungry swarm. After one round, some food would never be seen again. The food carving and BBQ around the pool must be a thing of the past. Tables wouldn't get cleaned until people started to leave; it was like a tower of plates in a sushi train. Ice cream and a few other dishes from the menu were missing in action. And don't go to the toilet unless you want a fast way to empty your stomach. Overall, a terrible experience, not to be repeated.

I was greeted by staff Siti and enquired regarding the number of pax. I told her it was 10 adults and one child as per the reservation made online, following the website booking instructions. I had 2 babies too, but did not include them in the booking as the system instruction was to include children aged 3-7 years old, and my babies were less than 2 years old. She then stated that the booking had to include the babies too, explaining with a very condescending tone, "We have to make space for the babies too, right?" Feeling very disheartened by her explanation, my dining experience started off on a very bad note. When making payment, I gave my feedback to staff Siti to ensure a better experience for other customers. She was very defensive and mentioned, "My manager knows about the situation too, and according to him, by all means, you can make the review online." With this, I am writing this review for all to read about the very bad experience I had with staff Siti in the restaurant. Please ensure your staff are trained to communicate properly with customers.

The taste of the Indian and local food was not too bad. My wife loves the beef rendang. However, replenishment of 'hot' items like the rendang was slow. There was no replenishment of the roast beef once it was gone, and I didn't witness any replenishment of the salad bar station either. The Tom Yam soup was just like chilli water soup; luckily, no Thais were hurt in its production.
Service staff were friendly and helpful, but I couldn't help but notice staff taking food from the buffet for their staff meal. Can't they do this in the back of the house?
Atmosphere-wise, it was clean and pleasant, with the exception of some unsightly wiring at the cutlery station.
Overall, would I return? Only if and when my wife is craving the $50++ beef rendang.
