Ordered mac n cheese with mushroom soup and macha latte for my girl and duck confit for myself. Ever

Ordered mac and cheese with mushroom soup and a matcha latte for my girl, and duck confit for myself. Everything was tasty and enjoyable (although the matcha was lukewarm and too sweet), until the duck confit arrived. It was the worst duck confit I've ever had because the entire skin was greyish and soft. Not a single bit of crisp, and from the look of it, it didn't even attempt to be. Won't be ordering it again.

The mushroom soup was warm, not piping hot. The Oreo shake was nice, and the breaded fish was also good. The pasta tasted so-so. When we asked if we could use Fraser Points, the cashier simply said the machine was spoilt without checking properly. This brought down the rating by one star.

Went to the Downtown East outlet. It was quiet and there were no other customers, but the kitchen still took 25 minutes to cook one dish we ordered. We also ordered waffles as dessert, which came to us raw in the middle. Extremely slow service and a disappointing experience.

Walked past and saw not many people, so we went in. Ordered a mango smoothie, soup, and chocolate ice cream waffle. The waiting time was so long. We ordered a chocolate ice cream waffle, but what came was a vanilla ice cream waffle, which was totally disappointing.

Highly not recommended. Waiting time was way too long, about 45 min. Ordered around 7.30pm on a wee

Highly not recommended. The waiting time was far too long, about 45 minutes. We ordered around 7:30 PM on a weekday and only received our food at 8:15 PM, even though they initially estimated a waiting time of 20-30 minutes. The restaurant was also only 60-80% full at the time. We ordered the set with ice lemon tea and mushroom soup, but the mushroom soup was quite thin and diluted. The ice lemon tea was average. We expected the food to be decent, especially after waiting for so long, but it was subpar. The pepper smoked duck bowl, which is supposedly one of their popular dishes or a chef's recommendation, looked sad – an unsatisfying meal. My friend ordered another chef's recommendation, the breakfast special, which looked and tasted even worse. The wedges were mushy, the mushrooms tasted bland, and everything else was cold except for the scrambled egg. The food standard was disappointing and should not have been served. We waited for so long only to be served cold food. The only nice aspect was the decorations. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and time. It's better to go to other restaurants for better quality food.

Worth the money for the big portion! The ambience is very chill and relaxing. Fries were crispy and not soggy. Add $2.50 for an ice lemon tea and mushroom soup, or $4.50 for mushroom soup and any drink of your choice. Looking forward to eating here again.

The food is good and affordable! I had the tropical trio which was not too sweet, and the breaded fish was really moist inside and perfectly fried. The wedges were just okay. The total was $20 with a Grab discount, truly worth it!
