Horrible experience. My daughter had to wait so long for the service and the food, which she bought for me. When the food arrived, I had very high expectations as the reviews were good; however, it was terrible. I ordered seafood pesto pasta and it tasted like rubber. The pesto sauce was horrible and the prawns were stale. It was like eating yesterday's food. Even the fish that came with the pasta tasted burnt. I couldn't finish the food. It was really, really the worst experience ever.

Run by a motley crew of Malay Muslim youngsters, they are sincere, hardworking, and harassed.
The food was surprisingly good. The menu is quite impressive. Service was, to me, from the heart.
Harassed because the crew is lean, and some customers are dismissive or demanding.
Yes, they are locals. But they serve from the heart. The "manager" also doubles as a chef.
Understand that the owner is a young Chinese man. Wow. Amazing. And they have three other outlets.
If you are going there, give these guys a chance. Support locals.

Super duper slow service. The staff here lack good organization skills. There was a company lunch happening, and even though they had pre-ordered, they decided to add to the order. Consequently, the wait for the food took even longer than expected. Knowing they had too many orders to fulfill for this company lunch, the staff still proceeded to take more orders from other customers. Because they prioritized serving the company lunch, other customers were left waiting for an hour for their food. As such, other customers, ourselves included, started to request a refund, but to no avail. We couldn't get a refund because the manager was on leave, and the other staff couldn't process refunds without permission. The funniest part is that there was no cash left to give us a refund when we finally could ask for one. Moving forward, I won't be back, but there should be an improvement in service and crowd management. Photo attached to show that we really waited an hour and the food hadn't arrived :(

Tried the food on two occasions. The rock honey chicken was flavourful and yummy, but the breaded fish was a bit too fried on the outside. Overall, though, it was still not bad.
