I've been to this outlet several times in the past 3 months, usually in the morning. I have to say, I've never had a pleasant experience patronizing this shop. No matter which staff member was on duty, they had the same unpleasant attitude that is just so uncalled for. On some occasions, I had to wait up to 10 minutes for anyone to show up at the counter as the staff were "busy working in the kitchen," despite me calling out for service several times. Today, I visited the outlet again in the morning and was served by a Malay lady staff member. As she was taking my order, she wasn't paying attention and didn't make eye contact, so I wasn't even sure if she was listening. She spoke with a bad tone and her attitude wasn't very nice.

This started okay. I ordered food for my children and wife. When I came to order for myself, as a vegetarian, I saw the server touch meat and asked them to change gloves, which seemed to hit a nerve. As per other Subways, I asked for all veggies, olives, and jalapeños, which the server said was extra. I asked why there was a difference, as I go to Subway every week. The manager said to read the SOP on the website... just wow. No issues there, but I won't be a returning customer. The Suntec franchise is much better. Staff really need to sort their attitude.

I went to use the $6 voucher for the chicken and mushroom melt. I asked if I could use two vouchers, and the staff member (Junlin) told me I couldn't as it's one transaction per voucher. So I asked if I could queue again and use the second voucher. She shouted across the counter, telling me to come back and buy tomorrow! That was super rude and unprofessional. After this, I kept my cool as I didn't want to make a scene during lunch hour. Then I was told that only basic vegetables were included. I was okay with that, since it was a promotional item. When I went back and checked the sandwich, it was very pathetic. I didn't realize that when we use a voucher, the product would be so different from the actual one. This is the first time in a decade of eating at Subway that I've encountered this. I also realized after going through the reviews for this outlet that their staff are well known for bad attitudes, unprofessionalism, and poor knowledge of ongoing promotions and products.
Ironically, Subway's tagline is EAT FRESH, FEEL GOOD. I didn't feel good (regarding customer service or the product) having my sandwich from this outlet. Your staff are representatives of your brand.
And Subway HQ, please, if you are seeing this review, I kindly ask you to look into the overall customer service that your staff are giving at this particular outlet and do something about it.
I do not need a reply from you. I know I won't be the last one to give a 1-star review for this outlet, but at least what I'm asking for is improved customer service going forward.
To end this, I would like to compliment other outlets, especially Lot 1 and Somerset 313. Despite the rush hour during lunch and dinner times, their staff exhibited professionalism and swiftness.

I've been here multiple times and have always enjoyed this outlet as the service is great. Except today when I visited, Chaw (the service crew) was at the sandwich station, and there was a line when I got there. I could sense that she was impatient and didn't bother asking about cheese, toasting preferences, or any additional toppings, unlike the other staff member at the cashier. I'm lactose intolerant, and she slapped on the cheese and toasted it immediately after adding the meat. When it came to the vegetables, she missed the cucumbers even after I repeated my order twice. I didn't bother correcting it and made my purchase. This experience was a disappointment.

Mosquitoes were also seen flying around the seats here.
Do avoid this outlet as much as you can.
