The food is all right, but when I ordered delivery from this outlet, they forgot items in my order. I usually get delivery from the Chinatown Point location, which is fast and consistent, so I was pretty disappointed in the service and attention to detail here.

Came with my colleagues during lunchtime. Ordered using the kiosk and waited for more than 30 minutes, and it was still not my turn yet. Very slow to prepare the food.

I won't comment on the food as it's the same across all outlets, so I'll focus on the customer service instead. A particular staff member manning the front door significantly spoiled the entire dining experience. He didn't greet us, looked at us with a grudge, and took our temperature on the forehead without warning. What's up with that? I believe every customer would be as baffled as I was by his behaviour. I don't know about others, but if this behaviour is considered acceptable in the customer service industry, then I have nothing more to say.

I once came here while on duty as a Foodpanda delivery rider. When I arrived, there were about seven to eight other Foodpanda riders waiting for their food, as well as other customers. I waited for about 25 to 35 minutes, and many other riders came in. Customers and riders were waiting for the food to be ready. Subsequently, my delivery order and those of other riders were cancelled, perhaps due to the long wait. Those riders, including myself, wasted our time there and didn't get paid for the cancelled deliveries. The reason for the long wait was that only two staff members were working at that time, on a Monday evening. Either the staff were on medical leave, had gone missing, or there was poor manpower management.

I visited KFC Funan on 28/03/2022 for lunch around 12:00 noon. I must say, it was the most amazing KFC I had ever eaten. I usually don't like breast meat, but the piece in the two-piece meal was perfect – tender and juicy. This KFC has changed my mind about fast food, proving it can be both fast and delicious. I will not hesitate to recommend it and will return again. Keep up the good work!

This KFC is the best one I have ever been to; the staff are so friendly and helpful. The place was super clean and everything was so organised. I was taken to the ordering machine, and a staff member helped me place my order. The manager, Brian, was super on the ball, making sure the place was running smoothly. It's the best branch I have ever been to - good job, guys!
