It's hard to run a store on your own, especially with the organization and its policies. However, if a sign states a 10-minute toilet break, customers will hold you to exactly 10 minutes, not a minute more. After waiting for 15 minutes, I left, and so did 4 or 5 others. Thank you, Old Chang Kee, for helping me decide to avoid your brand in the future. This shows me how it's not customer-centric but business-centric.

The taste is not the same as other outlets, and the food quality control is worse. It's been a long time since I last had this famous curry puff and other items. I bought the popcorn chicken, curry puff, chicken wings, and sardine puff, among others. The popcorn chicken tasted terrible, overcooked, and smelled burnt. The taste was forgettable. The chicken wings were the best! The curry puff's taste was never the same as its signature taste; the puff wasn't soft. It might have been fried too long or used old oil; I'm not sure. The taste was never the same as last time. The service was cold.

This is a review for Old Chang Kee located in Funan. The taste, price, and quality of the food are all good, and the service from the young female staff is also good and friendly. It's near my home, so I buy and eat here almost every time. However, from today onwards, I will never go to the Funan branch again because I've changed my mind. There's a woman, believed to be an elderly grandmother who wears glasses every time she orders food, who pushes and scolds people loudly every day. I tolerated it a few times, but especially today, when I ordered food, she seemed to be in a bad mood and screamed and got angry when the customer who followed ordered food. Conclusion: I'm satisfied with the taste of the food, the service of the other employees, and the price, but I won't go again because of the 'old demon lady' who always yells and scolds people while wearing glasses. Bye.

Really love Old Chang Kee; it's near my workplace and so convenient for my meals. The shop is quite small but there are many options to buy. Cleaning is good, and especially the friendly and kind staff here. She's so helpful. I will always choose Old Chang Kee.
