Terrible. I just wanted to buy some donuts, but the shop is always 'closed' during its publicly announced opening hours. The staff are always somewhere else :((

I came here to pick up my order, and the staff told me, 'Sorry, we've cancelled this order. We don't have the items the customer ordered.' This wasted my time. Please close your vendor machine if you don't have the items.

I would have given 1 star if it weren't for the donuts. I was really enjoying my donuts, but when I drank the coffee, it was a BIG turn-off. The coffee tasted burnt! I asked for sugar and hazelnut, yet my coffee didn't even have a bit of sweetness. Once the coffee tasted bad, so did all the other drinks. It would have been better with a shot of coffee you tempted.

Beware of the fine print if you want to use the combo offer in your Entertainer app here. The 1-for-1 combo offer is based on a la carte prices, not the combo prices. Very sneaky wording.

I'm a regular here, but my experience today was dreadful. The Iced Teh Tarik had no teh taste at all, just water. I told the staff, and she made another one, but it was exactly the same. So, it's probably not the staff, but the recipe. What are you guys doing? I returned both cups – that's $3 down the drain with such a terrible-tasting drink.

I'm from Boston, so I love Dunkin'! The food quality is fast food (what did you expect?), but this outlet had great and quick service, and I was able to use Entertainer to get 25% off. A drink + 2 donuts for $3.75 is a steal! I love the Mochi donuts; you definitely can't find these in the States.

The donuts were good, but the hot chocolate was a dampener and nowhere near the real deal as served in the US. The staff was very polite and helpful.
