Had the most terrible experience buying from this outlet. The staff were so unfriendly; they didn't look happy and seemed bothered serving their customers. The worst part is, I bought 6 pieces of donuts which cost $10.80, and the staff said I'd get 2 free Coco Max drinks, but they actually charged me $3!

The donuts were okay. The thing that irked me the most was the service from this particular young lady wearing glasses and a hijab. She spoke in an incredibly low voice, and when I said "sorry?" because I couldn't hear her, she repeated her question in an incredibly annoyed and irritated voice. Her expression seemed unpleasant and sour when serving customers too. Understandably, F&B is hard work, but having a staff member like this in the long run will just repel customers. She isn't the only one tired from working; everyone else is too, so that's not an excuse for bad service.

The store relocated to the Purple Panda stretch. Three young ladies were on duty on Saturday afternoon. I asked for a carrier for my single donut, but the Indian gal just opened the plastic and held it in her hand. All three were waiting for me to pay (there were no other customers) before she would even put my donut in the carrier. Super senseless!

Yesterday, I bought a combo set there. The queue was long, and there was only one staff member handling the front. Surprisingly, her service was quite fast and good. I'm amazed at how she handled the rush hour alone. She was very friendly the whole time.
