Do not ever buy from here. I ordered the 6-piece boneless chicken and all I got was fried chicken skin. There was no meat whatsoever in them. They looked disgusting and tasted disgusting. I would recommend going to another outlet, just don't buy from here. Thank goodness I ordered pickup via Grab. I was able to get a refund.

The food wasn't freshly fried. The fries looked like they were from yesterday, soft and cold, as if they were just reheated. The chicken wings seemed to have been re-fried many times. The staff had a bad attitude and seemed very reluctant to receive guests.

Ordered through the Foodpanda app at around 12pm. One hour and 30 minutes later, it was still being prepared. What were the staff doing for 1 hour and 30 minutes? I had to cancel my order because I waited so long and it wasn't even ready. What type of service is this? It's supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but yet it can't even prepare an order after an hour and a half?

The employee's behavior was unedited and arrogant. Please take a quality class before you come to work. I suspect she has a tendency to look down on women. When a man came to order food, she behaved well and was happy to serve him. This will make customers think that you come to work not to make money, but to find opportunities to flatter men. I'm disappointed because this fast food restaurant used to be my favorite. I often ask my colleagues to order food at work. Today, I came to Paya Lebar and was treated like this. The employees are so absent and impolite. I told my friends, and they said the employees here work according to their mood. There have been several instances without any respect or improvement. A chain store's reaction to people is so bad. I won't eat your food again. AND!! My time to come around 9:20 pm, the woman kept mentioning 10 pm she will close! It's so bad for this woman to be in F&B.

Service was unpleasant. My friends and I ate here on 22 Nov around 2pm. We are students and were eligible for the student discount of $2, however the cashier did not mention the discount to us at all. Only after did we realise that we could have saved $2, and we raised it to the cashier. She said it was too late to change the price. I understand that and it is partly my fault for not seeing the promotion banner. However, I hope that the managers can inform the cashiers, or the cashiers themselves can make it a point to be aware of ongoing promotions and discounts eligible to give a more pleasant experience to customers.

The chicken was fried to perfection, which can sometimes vary between outlets, so this was a pleasant surprise. The female staff at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. However, the male supervisor, supposedly from China, behaved unprofessionally. He dismissed a customer rather rudely when they came to place an order around 9:30 PM, despite the stated closing time being 10 PM. The place can be a bit stuffy, perhaps due to the central air-conditioning system.

I recently visited the 4 Fingers store at Paya Lebar Square, and I must say I was impressed by the service. Although I can't recall the name of the staff member who assisted me, it started with the letter R. Her communication and service were exceptional—she was supportive, enthusiastic, cheerful, and attentive. The store itself deserves commendation for having such trustworthy and dedicated staff members.

The Jawbreaker Chicky Crisp is not bad; the soy-flavoured chicken is similar to what you get with the standard drumlets & wings. The fries were soggy, but that's to be expected with takeaway. The only gripe is that the seaweed seasoning wasn't consistent. The Chix ribs are also not bad, basically the same but with a single bone. The peanut mochi is nice! The loaded cheese fries are also good!

Had a great experience at 4Fingers! The food was super fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The service was also amazing – fast, friendly, and efficient. Special shoutout to Daniel who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Really appreciated his warm and professional attitude. Will definitely come back again.
