Coke at room temperature in a can, without a cup of ice. The chicken was not coated properly in sauce as seen in the picture. Salad leaves were not fresh, limp, and wilted. Not of the usual high standards as in other branches.

First time ordering takeaway from this outlet; the chicken was hot and crispy. My only comment is that the serving size for the coleslaw is way too small. $4 for a half-filled tub. (I usually order from Bishan and it's filled to the brim.)

I told the cashier I wanted JUST SOY chicken, but he gave me a mix. I can't eat spicy food, so I had to throw the chicken away and wasted my money. I had to walk under the hot sun to get to this outlet to order, and yet I received the wrong order because of the cashier. I clearly stated JUST SOY.

Rather disappointed with the food quality from this outlet compared to others. The flavoring did not cover the entire chicken properly. There was too much flour in some pieces, and the fries were poorly coated too.

I absolutely love 4FINGeRS’ Soy Garlic Drumsticks with Kimchi Fries or the Rice Box! I usually dine in at the Orchard Gateway or Tampines 1 outlets, where the food is consistently fresh, crispy, and delicious. However, this time I ordered via GrabFood from the Stars of Kovan outlet. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as great. The delivery took 30 minutes, and the food arrived cold, not crispy, and not tasty. Sadly, the chicken drumsticks were very lightly and unevenly coated with soy sauce, and also had a slight chicken smell. The Kimchi Fries were soggy too, which was another letdown. I’ll definitely stick to dining in next time for the best food quality!

A different food experience. The grill quartercrisp chicken was tasty. The onion crisps were cheesy (though they probably should be eaten hot and immediately, as they went soggy). The plain fries were good; adding sauce would have been nice. The cheesy fries were also good. There are a few tables outside the shop to sit at.
