First time trying. The food didn't taste good. Fries were totally cold after waiting for more than 20 minutes on a weekday night for a chicken chop. There was a long wait for food although it wasn't crowded. From what I noticed, they prioritize takeaways.

I ordered their Nasi Goreng combo and told them not once, but three times, that I wanted to change the mutton to chicken steak instead. The person just nodded his head while talking to his friend. While cooking, they continued to chit-chat with each other non-stop. Upon reaching home, I opened the packet and found my Nasi Goreng combo with mutton. Seriously, they need to do something about this. Talking and talking and talking until they forget the customer's order. Highly not recommended. Disappointed.

This hawker centre used to be the go-to place for supper. However, when I was there with my son this evening at 9 pm, half the shops were closed, with the exception of a few Malay and Indian Muslim stalls. We just wanted a quick bite, and I decided to go with this stall. We ordered two plates of maggie goreng. We waited for half an hour for the food to finally arrive. As it turned out, the maggie noodles were broken into small pieces, and we ended up scooping the noodles with a spoon instead of a fork. What's worse is that the noodles themselves were overcooked, and the portion was very small. Yet, it came with a price tag of SGD 5.00!! After our meal, we decided to walk over to McDonald's on the opposite side of Bukit Timah Road and got ourselves each a cheeseburger, which cost SGD 2.90 per piece. Definitely not recommended. Overpriced and bad quality.

Do beware of this stall. This plate of plain Maggie Goreng Pattaya was priced at SGD$7! After enquiring, the owner seemed unhappy and said it usually contains meat. He then threw in a couple of meat crumbs. I definitely spent money on a lesson.

Very bad service. I asked for a half-cooked fried egg for my mee goreng, but I was given a dry and hard fried egg. When I gave feedback to the seller, he argued back with a stern and rude face. I will never recommend this stall and will never come here again.

Mee Goreng (SGD $7) @ Ibrahim Mee Stall. Established since 1995, this famed stall is now run by its 3rd-generation owner, Syed Ibrahim. Their rendition features chewy soft yellow noodles, crisp bean sprouts, wispy scrambled egg, soft red onions, crunchy cabbage, and tender diced mutton. It carries a smoky, grainy, sweet, salty, meaty, savoury, and vegetal spice flavour. Completed with crunchy cucumber with a sweet vegetal flavour, and a nicely fried chicken egg with a runny yolk and an eggy savoury sweet flavour.
