Love that their pretzels are always made fresh, but I must say that the pretzels made at the NPC branch aren't up to quality and lack consistency. Some days I receive well-done pretzels, and on other days, I get bitter ones because they were slightly burnt. Please improve on quality control.

Found a pearl bead within the pretzel I bought from the Northpoint City outlet. If I hadn't noticed it before consuming, I would have needed medical attention. Will not be returning.

The pretzels are yummy and affordable thanks to the new rewards system, but the staff and service are quite slow even though the food is already made and on display. I had to queue for about 15 minutes though I was just the 3rd or 4th in line. Please improve the efficiency. Contrary to typical understanding, a long queue doesn't necessarily mean it's good; it's just because the service is slow! Go redeem your free treat once you sign up as a new member!

Just a few seconds ago, I went and stood in front of the kiosk to buy pretzels. Unfortunately, the staff seemed more interested in minding his own business than serving the customer. I was standing for a good 1-2 minutes, and the staff member ignored me, focusing on baking. I felt so humiliated. I was literally standing in front of the cashier counter, he saw me, and he chose to ignore me. To the worker (male), you have one job, but you fail to do it properly. If you don't like your job, then resign. Why do we have to put up with your attitude? Very disappointed!

Been there several times. The Northpoint outlet always comes to mind first when it comes to Auntie Anne's. The staff are friendly, the service is fast, and the taste is consistent. The male cashier assisted and guided me through the promo campaign very well. Will come again in a week!

Thanks to Hubert and Yihru, I got to try the NP Auntie Anne's soft pretzel (999 free redemption). All I can say is the taste is nice and it's a decent size. Do come down and give it a try. $3++

Very happy that it's opened in Northpoint City! There's usually a bit of a queue when I buy, so do expect some waiting time. The stall is small and compact, featuring a live pretzel-making station. You can watch them prepare the pretzels from scratch while waiting in line. I tried their almond crunch, salted original, and chocolate. I'm planning to try their cinnamon sugar next. Eat them while they're hot, otherwise, they become very chewy. Their passion fruit juice is nice too!

I was lucky that the Malay gentleman who served me was very friendly while I was redeeming a voucher. I also asked for a recommendation. He was very patient in his explanation. I'm not sure if it's because I ate it when I got home, but the taste wasn't very fantastic and it felt oily. There's no seating area.
