I told the young lady three times that I wanted an Original Salted pretzel at the Plaza Singapura outlet on November 8th, 2024, during lunchtime. She bagged a Cinnamon Pretzel for me instead. I returned to the shop to purchase another Original Salted, as I couldn't be bothered to explain the whole issue again. She asked for the orders from the two ladies in front of me. However, upon taking my order, she went to the sink to wash her hands and never returned to serve my Original Salted Pretzel. The management needs to re-evaluate staff training. The staff member manning the station was unprofessional and not attentive to hearing the correct orders.
I've seen most of the reviews, and it seems to be revolving around a young girl who is a store assistant.
Please address this issue.

I have been ordering almond pretzels from Auntie Anne's for about 20 years, from multiple different outlets. This is the first time I've received one that was so burnt. I told the staff (the older one), and she reacted defensively. She said it wasn't burnt, but because of the almonds. As she kept justifying, she repeatedly said 'never mind, never mind' in a passive-aggressive manner. She then proceeded to give me one that was white in color and had very little almonds. It was also tasteless. I just wanted a normal pretzel with the standard brownish/golden brown color, not burnt. I hope the service can be improved, and also for the pretzels to have a more consistent standard.
