Auntie Anne's Singapore represents a significant milestone in the global pretzel chain's expansion into Southeast Asia, achieving complete MUIS halal certification across all 15 outlets islandwide in December 2021, making their freshly baked soft pretzels accessible to Singapore's entire multicultural community. The brand's commitment to sourcing all ingredients from MUIS-approved halal-certified suppliers demonstrates their dedication to inclusive dining, while their strategic locations spanning from AMK Hub and Compass One to premium destinations like The Paragon and VivoCity ensure that their artisanal pretzel experience reaches customers across all socioeconomic segments. This Pennsylvania-born concept has successfully adapted to Singapore's diverse palate preferences while maintaining the authentic hand-rolled, freshly baked quality that has made Auntie Anne's a beloved international brand.
The extensive menu at Auntie Anne's showcases both traditional American pretzel craftsmanship and innovative flavors tailored for the Asian market, featuring their signature Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel alongside unique offerings like Matcha Green Tea and Seaweed pretzels with nori. Their sweet selections include indulgent options like Almond Crunch with caramelized almonds and Chocolate Éclair varieties, while savory choices encompass The Original Pretzel, Parmesan cheese-topped versions, and Sour Cream & Onion flavors. Beyond traditional pretzels, their menu extends to Pretzel Stix, bite-sized Pretzel Pops, Pretzel Dogs featuring classic corndog and chicken sausage options, and innovative Cheddar cheese bites baked in pretzel dough, all priced accessibly from S$3.30 for original flavors, making gourmet pretzel experiences affordable for everyday indulgence.
Auntie Anne's success in Singapore lies in their perfect balance of maintaining authentic American pretzel-making techniques while embracing local innovation, exemplified by their vegan-friendly options made with egg-free and dairy-free dough that caters to diverse dietary preferences. Their introduction of Singapore's first dine-in pretzel cafe at Jurong Point represents their evolution beyond quick-service kiosks to comprehensive dining destinations, while their island-wide delivery service ensures convenience for customers throughout Singapore. The brand's consistent quality across all locations, combined with their commitment to freshly baked products prepared throughout the day, has established them as a unique player in Singapore's competitive snack food market, successfully carving out a niche that bridges American comfort food traditions with local halal dining requirements and Asian flavor preferences.

Glorified dough shaped balls and pretzels sold for ridiculously high prices at a bus interchange. Why is flour, water, yeast, and sugar so expensive after simply mixing them together and baking them?

Worse outlet to have your pretzel. I bought the almond crunch pretzel twice just to give them another chance, but both times the pretzel was not even hot. The pretzel was hard and difficult to chew. Buy at your own risk!

“Ran out of salt” when I ordered an original pretzel with salt, well before their closing time. How is this possible??
It looked more like the staff just didn’t want to clean up the salting tray, and this definitely should not be the case.

The service from the staff was good. I bought a cinnamon sugar pretzel and was excited on the first bite, but some bites came with a weird alkaline bitter aftertaste which was off-putting. Perhaps you need to relook at the cooking procedure and retrain the chefs. Please make it right so we can enjoy the pretzel better.

Worst Auntie Anne's outlet in entire Singapore. There's this Malay staff member. I took a toothpick but didn't touch the food and put it back. As I walked off, I heard her tut at me and stare. Please handle your staff properly.

I love Auntie Anne's, so I was excited that they opened a new outlet here. I've bought from them twice so far – the service crew were cheery and patient, despite the relatively long queues sometimes.
I dropped by yesterday hoping to get a pretzel and asked if they were closed for the day. The two service crew members were doing sales closing and counting money, but no one bothered looking up when responding that they were indeed closed. Given that it hasn’t opened long ago, the poor attitude from that one experience was disappointing. Kindly look into retraining them.

I just visited Auntie Anne's at AMK for the first time and bought my favorite sausage bun. The female supervisor there was very professional and friendly. Thank you for her great service – I'm giving her a good review to encourage her to keep up the good work!
