Bought 2 pieces of almond pretzels today at 2pm at Nex Serangoon. Disappointed, I think they were overnight leftovers or made early this morning. The texture was hard, not soft like just baked. So sad.

Came at 8:15 PM on a Saturday. Ordered Eclair Stix but was told they were sold out, even though the display clearly had them. This isn't the first time I've had an order rejected like this. It always feels like the staff is too lazy to prepare them, as they seem to be already packed up and cleaned down. Weekends are busy periods, but they closed an hour earlier than they should have? Not sure if management is aware of how their staff is slacking off.

The bread is nice as usual. However, this time, an Indian staff member was manning the cashier. He took my money and gave me the change without telling me or showing me the price. When I asked for the price, he became defensive, saying, "The price is correct, the lemonade you're holding isn't free, you know?" Well, of course I know, but at least tell your customer the total price before taking their money.

Date: 24th July 2025. Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to commend your front duty service staff. (1) Chinese Lady Ms Linda. (2) Malay Ladies From Auntie Anne's at NEX Shopping Mall. All who served me with a high level of attentiveness, friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism when I often order hot dog buns. I feel so relieved that your staff can remember my name, Adrian William, and even called me by wishing me good morning, Adrian. Wonderful days. All three service staff provide excellent service, and remembering customers' names plays a very important role. Well done! I hope other outlet service staff can read this and exchange experiences in customer service. Thank you to Auntie Anne's management for having good employees and such courteous staff who cater to every public customer's needs. Honestly, not every staff is patient. I hope these three staff members deserve some tokens of appreciation from the company to maintain morale, support, and a good image for the company. The grocer was so nice. I asked for a seaweed pretzel but he thought I said cinnamon stick. He gave me a seaweed pretzel for free! He was so nice and the food was so good. Definitely coming again.

Was there to buy pretzels during my lunch break. I was served by your friendly male staff; he was very nice, patient, and took the order meticulously and in a timely manner. Even though the queue was quite long, the line still moved fast. The quality of the food is very good, hot and delicious, and just right for a tea break. Thank you so much.
