From Auntie Anne's at NEX Shopping Mall. All who served me with a high level of attentiveness, friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism when I often order hot dog buns. I feel so relieved that your staff can remember my name, Adrian William, and even called me by wishing me good morning, Adrian. Wonderful days.
All three service staff provide excellent service, and remembering customers' names plays a very important role. Well done!
I hope other outlet service staff can read this and exchange experiences in customer service. Thank you to Auntie Anne's management for having good employees and such courteous staff who cater to every public customer's needs.
Honestly, not every staff is patient. I hope these three staff members deserve some tokens of appreciation from the company to maintain morale, support, and a good image for the company.

Even though the queue was quite long, the line still moved fast. The quality of the food is very good, hot and delicious, and just right for a tea break. Thank you so much.
