I came to buy just two corndogs, but the seller said they couldn't sell them because someone was buying in bulk. Might as well close the whole shop if it's open but you can't buy anything. Why don't you have a separate factory for bulk orders?

I have visited Auntie Anne's Jem outlet several times and I am always disappointed with the service. The staff are unfriendly, especially those attending to the POS machine. They always have a look as if people owe them a living. If not for my liking of pretzels and the fact that the Jem outlet is the nearest to my house, I would not even bother coming here. I bought two pretzels for $8.30 and paid with $10 (well, sorry, I didn't have exact change, though I understand you prefer it). The Malay staff gave me a frustrating look as she pondered how to give me change from the till. She asked if I had $0.30, and I said I didn't. In the end, she did have the change. I don't understand why Auntie Anne's has to promote this system of preferring exact change.

Please make sure they don't miss giving out your items. They didn't give us the caramel sauce we paid for (3 tubs) and missed one drink! Plus, we ordered passionfruit but received lime. We only noticed when we were in the car on the way home. Now I understand the 2-star rating.

I would like to highlight that the dough was tough compared to other Auntie Anne's outlets. I hope the staff can prepare it better for customers to enjoy. Kindly advise staff to follow SOP when doing their work. I appreciate the friendly customer service, but I found it very inappropriate when the cashier staff was singing loudly while attending to customers.

First time patronising Auntie Anne's in Singapore, given the price difference compared to JB, and I was terribly disappointed with the quality difference. The pretzel stick we got was perhaps left out for too long, making it nothing but a tough piece of bread stick with no flavour. The original pretzel was a little better, but we thought it was only because it was hot. Such an experience shouldn't happen when we're paying more, especially considering the long queue was to serve customers hot pretzels. If this was my first time having this anywhere, I would never come back, unfortunately.

Special thanks to Azlina! ❤️ She was really sweet and friendly, able to provide me with good recommendations on which pretzel is the best and provided me with excellent service.
