No customer around other than me
Told the china woman to cut 10 pcs of French loaf. Was turned down
There were no other customers around besides me. I asked the staff to cut 10 pieces of French loaf, but was immediately turned down because it was too many for her. She even used the 'I don't understand English' excuse on me. I immediately left the outlet. A really lazy worker. I left without any French loaf and feeling very dissatisfied.

First of all, let me be honest that I love the buns (not all, but only those to my liking). I also want to praise the staff, specifically a Malay kakak on the morning shift who is no longer working there. However, recently I was served by a bad, rude staff member; she is not local, by the way. This has happened a few times, so I stopped patronizing their shop. But today evening, 16/11/2022, I somehow wanted to buy white bread with kaya butter spread. Again, I was greeted with a frustrating and angry look on this plump Chinese lady's face. Even though you are busy counting cash in the register, at least you could politely and kindly ask me to wait. I would have been happy, but since you gave me that attitude, I guess that's the last time I will ever buy anything. The management should give some words of advice to these ignorant staff members!

The most disappointing waffle I've ever had. There was no pandan flavour, and they were very stingy with the peanut butter. Also, the waffle was soggy and floppy, with no crispiness at all. The only redeeming quality was that it was piping hot.
