I came to read a book in the quietest part of the restaurant (and bought something to eat as well). A male service staff member then proceeded to shift chairs and tables, creating a nuisance around me. This continued for an hour (from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM) even after I moved to another section; he followed me there. He didn't move chairs or tables in other sections, but only those near me, seemingly to distract me. This has happened four times now whenever I've moved to a different section. It's quite annoying, as I don't understand what the staff is trying to achieve. Perhaps they are instructed to purposely make noises to annoy customers reading their books. How can food establishments nowadays be less observant and considerate of their customers? I thought they used to do better in the past.

Took an early morning flight and decided on an $8.70 meal. I was quite horrified by the look of the grilled chicken. Reluctantly, I took a bite into the burger. The chicken was incredibly salty, and the fries were just okay. The only thing worth eating was the slice of tomato in the burger. The counter staff gave me coffee instead of tea, and another customer received fries instead of onion rings. There were no standards at all. Sometimes in life, we make regrettable choices, and this was one of them.

The staff member/manager who helped me on Monday, September 1st, was amazing. He prepared my plant-based burger in 1-2 minutes as promised and remembered my preference regarding onions. He even checked in with me while other staff in the kitchen were preparing the burger. His dedication and positive energy were truly inspiring. I didn't get his name before rushing to board my plane, but I hope he knows how much he's appreciated!
However, the burger prepared by the other staff wasn't as good as I've had elsewhere. There was still too little lettuce, even when I ordered extra, and they used too much mayonnaise, making the burger less healthy. Strangely, the burger buns lacked the signature good smell of Burger King's buns.

While waiting for our flight, my wife and I decided to grab breakfast at Burger King, located in the International Food Hall. The area itself was impressive; the seating space was cozy and spacious, offering a premier experience that made waiting for our flight feel comfortable and relaxing.
For breakfast, I chose the Bacon Burger, while my wife opted for the Chicken Burger. Both meals were satisfying, but I have to say my Bacon Burger was especially delicious. The smoky flavor of the bacon paired perfectly with the juicy patty, making it a hearty and flavorful breakfast.
If you ever find yourself at Changi Terminal 4, make sure to check out the International Food Hall. With its cozy ambiance and wide range of dining options like Burger King, it’s the perfect spot to relax and fuel up before your flight.
