Chick-fil-A opened its first Asian outlet at Bugis+ (201 Victoria Street #01-19, Singapore 188067) on December 11, 2025, marking the iconic American chicken sandwich brand's debut in the region with a US$75 million investment over 10 years. Operated by Chyn Koh — the first independent Chick-fil-A franchisee in Singapore, a former Subway franchisee with 17 years of experience — the Bugis+ location seats 104 customers for dine-in and takeaway.

The menu features Chick-fil-A's signature pressure-cooked (not deep-fried) chicken sandwiches: the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich ($6.80/$11.80 meal), Spicy Chicken Sandwich ($6.90/$11.90), Chick-fil-A Deluxe ($8.00/$13.00), and Spicy Deluxe ($8.10/$13.10). A Grilled Chicken Sandwich is available at $9.50. Sides include the famous Waffle Potato Fries (from $4.20), Chick-fil-A Nuggets (from $6.90), Mac & Cheese (+$1.70 swap), and salads. Hand-spun Milkshakes in Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, and Cookies & Cream flavours start at $6.90. Singapore-exclusive Spicy Chili Sauce — described as similar to chicken rice chili with a sweetened garlic chili profile — is available alongside the OG Chick-fil-A Sauce, Honey Mustard, and Barbeque.

**Important halal note:** Chick-fil-A is NOT halal-certified. The company's official FAQ confirms: "At this time, we do not have menu items that meet Halal standards." While the Singapore menu does not contain pork or lard, the chicken is not zabiha-slaughtered and there are cross-contamination risks. No Chick-fil-A location worldwide holds halal certification from any recognised Islamic authority. Muslim diners should be aware of this before visiting.

Chick-fil-A Bugis+ operates Monday-Saturday 10am-10pm and is CLOSED on Sundays — a company tradition since 1946. The store employs 60-80 staff with part-time positions at $14/hour. Community initiatives include a S$25,000 donation to The Food Bank Singapore and the Shared Table surplus food donation program. Plans for additional Singapore outlets are underway.
