I had a wonderful solo dining experience at Poulet, Bugis+. Even though I was dining alone, the warm atmosphere and attentive service made it feel welcoming and comfortable.
I ordered the 1-pax feast, which came with their signature chicken in mushroom sauce, a chicken sausage and clam toast, and for dessert, a rich chocolate crème brûlée topped with seasonal fruits. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the mushroom sauce was creamy without being overpowering, and the toast was a tasty, satisfying starter. The dessert was the perfect sweet ending - smooth, decadent, and beautifully balanced with the fresh fruit.
The staff were friendly and genuinely thoughtful. At one point, I was watching a video on my phone, and a staff member kindly offered me a phone stand so I could watch it comfortably while enjoying my meal - such a small but incredibly considerate gesture that made the experience even more memorable.
Overall, Poulet at Bugis+ delivers delicious food and excellent service that makes you feel right at home, whether dining with friends or on your own. Highly recommend!

Great service, no queue on a Saturday at 12:40pm. The wait time for the meal was reasonable. I went with no ice in my drink, and the taste was decent. However, the mint leaves and lemon paired exceptionally well with the medium-rare beef. The sourness of the salad could be improved; it was different from the lemon sourness.
