Poulet represents Singapore's premier destination for authentic French rotisserie chicken, bringing sophisticated European culinary traditions to accessible casual dining locations throughout the island since achieving complete MUIS halal certification in November 2020. Strategically positioned in high-traffic shopping destinations including ION Orchard, VivoCity, Kallang Wave Mall, Raffles City, and other premium locations, Poulet has successfully created a network that makes authentic French roast chicken experiences accessible to Singapore's diverse communities. Their halal certification marked a significant milestone in Singapore's dining landscape, as it represented the arrival of the first sleek, professional French casual dining restaurant that serves both the Muslim community and broader population seeking quality European cuisine without compromising on religious dietary requirements or authentic preparation methods.

The signature menu at Poulet revolves around their meticulously prepared rotisserie chicken, slow-roasted until achieving the perfect golden brown exterior while maintaining tender, juicy meat that exemplifies traditional French cooking techniques. Available as whole birds ($30.90), half portions (from $16.90), or convenient quarter servings ($14.90), each chicken is accompanied by a selection of sophisticated sauces that elevate the dining experience—including rich Mushroom Cream sauce, tangy Cranberry sauce, and their signature Diane sauce featuring turkey bacon and mushrooms in a complex brown sauce base. This focus on sauce variety demonstrates their commitment to authentic French culinary principles where proper accompaniments transform simple roasted chicken into an elegant dining experience that satisfies both casual diners and those seeking more refined flavors reminiscent of traditional French bistro cuisine.

Poulet's success lies in their ability to deliver sophisticated French casual dining that remains accessible both in terms of pricing and location convenience, positioning themselves as equally suitable for professional work lunches and romantic dinner dates without the prohibitive costs typically associated with fine French restaurants. Their strategic placement in major shopping centers ensures that French culinary experiences become integrated into Singaporeans' regular shopping and leisure activities, while their halal certification opens their doors to Singapore's largest religious community previously excluded from authentic French dining options. The restaurant's emphasis on fresh preparation, quality ingredients, and traditional cooking methods, combined with contemporary presentation and service standards, has established them as pioneers in halal French dining, successfully bridging cultural and culinary divides while maintaining the authenticity and elegance that defines quality French cuisine.

Nice place and a great 3-course promo! This was my second time eating here. The roasted brussel sprouts & broccoli were a bit bitter/burnt (to my taste at least), but everything else was good! Service was great

We visited during lunch hours and, despite the crowd, expected a reasonable wait, but the food took quite a while to arrive. Unfortunately, the main letdown was the steak. I had ordered it medium-rare, but it arrived well-done and far too tough to enjoy. I also tried the lychee drink, which was marketed as a “nutritional grade B” option, but it was overwhelmingly sweet, more like dessert in a glass than a balanced beverage.

Tried the lunch set which allows you to choose a starter, main course, and drink. I chose the French onion soup, miso clam carbonara, and ice lemon tea. The French onion soup was well done, but the carbonara was overly salty due to the miso. I asked for some chili to cut the richness of the creamy sauce, but they only had chili flakes and Tabasco, which isn't very spicy. I suggested to the waitress that they make some fresh red chili available, as some authentic Italian restaurants do provide them. Another complaint: I bit into a few broken shells from the clam. It was really irritating and could be dangerous.

The chicken is nice. But the staff in the restaurant is horrible. There was a staff member who was quite large (sorry, I don't know their name, and couldn't even tell their gender as they wore a mask). This person was super rude and seemed to hate their job. Everything was served by being thrown onto my table. Why is that? Is your pay very low? Complain to MOM lah.

As a party of two, we had to wait an unusually long time simply because a large family was ahead of us, despite plenty of empty two-person tables being available. The QR code ordering process itself was easy, though. Our meal started with the mushroom soup, which looked great, but the flavor was incredibly off – I've never tasted mushroom soup that didn't actually taste like mushroom soup; it was surprisingly sweet. When our mains arrived, everything looked physically great. The chicken was cooked perfectly, which was a definite plus. However, the accompanying mushroom sauce was completely underwhelming – I'd strongly advise against ordering anything with it. On a positive note, the mac and cheese was great. Unfortunately, the salad and bread were also not impressive. Overall, I'm very disappointed with my meal today. While some elements were okay, the strange soup and bland sauce, combined with the frustrating wait, made for a disappointing dining experience.

Poulet exceeded expectations! The creamy risotto was rich and flavorful, while the carbonara was decadent and indulgent. The French onion soup added a delightful touch. Attentive service and a cozy ambiance made for a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend – a culinary gem!

Dining at Poulet, Jewel Changi Airport is always a treat. No matter how crowded the restaurant gets, the service here is consistent — staff are attentive, approachable, and ready to help with recommendations or little requests. Even during peak hours, the food is served promptly, which really shows how well-managed the outlet is. It’s one of those places where you feel well taken care of from the moment you’re seated until you leave. The highlight for me every time has to be the truffle mushroom risotto. The risotto is cooked perfectly — creamy and indulgent without being too heavy, with the grains of rice retaining just the right bite. The truffle aroma is inviting and enhances the earthy flavours of the mushrooms beautifully. It feels luxurious yet comforting at the same time, and honestly, it’s one of the best risottos I’ve found in Singapore, especially for the price point. Another standout is the grilled Brussels sprouts and broccoli. They are roasted until caramelised, bringing out their natural sweetness, and then drizzled with a creamy sauce that ties everything together. The charred edges give a nice smoky bitterness that balances the creaminess, and the sprinkling of crunchy toppings adds great texture. It’s the kind of side dish you keep going back to, and it makes eating vegetables an absolute delight. Of course, the star of Poulet — the roast chicken — never disappoints. Juicy, tender, and packed with flavour, the chicken is roasted to perfection with a golden-brown skin that crackles slightly as you cut into it. Their signature mushroom sauce is the perfect companion: savoury, creamy, and indulgent, it soaks into the chicken and elevates every bite. It’s simple comfort food done extremely well, and it’s what keeps customers returning time after time. For those looking to try something different, the seafood risotto is also worth mentioning. Served with generous portions of fresh prawns and mussels, the tomato-based sauce is rich, tangy, and full of depth. It contrasts nicely with the creamier mushroom risotto, making it a good dish to share at the table. The seafood was fresh and well-prepared, adding a touch of refinement to what’s already a hearty and satisfying dish. Finally, no meal here feels complete without dessert. The tiramisu and chocolate pudding with fresh raspberries were the perfect way to end the evening. The tiramisu was airy yet decadent, with a good balance of cream and cocoa, while the chocolate pudding was rich and velvety, made refreshing by the tartness of the raspberries. Neither dessert was overly sweet, which made them feel like thoughtful, well-executed finishes to an already wonderful meal. Overall, Poulet at Jewel is a reliable and consistently excellent spot for hearty, comforting French-inspired food. The combination of delicious dishes, reasonable prices, and genuinely warm service makes it an easy 5-star choice. Highly recommended whether you’re dining with family, friends, or just craving something indulgent after shopping at Jewel.

The food is good. I like their chicken pot pie, and their chicken steak is delicious too. Their Brazilian lemonade is a refreshing drink made with milk and lemonade. Perhaps it was a busy Saturday with more diners, as they seemed short-handed when serving food. But overall, it was a relatively good dining experience.
