The place is a bit small as the tables and chairs are all close to each other. We had to change seats before collecting our food. The chili sauce texture is like jam (Tropicana brand), which is low quality for expensive food. The potato salad and chicken chop were so salty that we couldn't finish them and had to throw them away. However, the schnitzel chicken, cheesy fries, and Mac & cheese were great. Perhaps the owner should consider selling half portions. I'm giving 3 stars for the portion size, but I definitely will not return. Despite the issues, it was a good experience overall.

This was my first visit here, and it will definitely be my last. We waited around 25 minutes for our food, while several customers who arrived after us were served first. Our queue number was skipped for at least 6–7 people, not including Grab delivery orders.
When my husband first asked about our order, the staff said it was coming. Ten minutes later, we still hadn’t received anything, so I asked again. The staff checked with the kitchen but didn’t give me any update until I followed up once more. Only then did she say, “Now.” When I asked what “now” meant, she replied, “Cooking now.”
I honestly don’t understand why other customers’ orders were prepared first, while ours was delayed until I complained. There was no apology—just a staff member with a black face. I could accept the long wait if the food was good, but it wasn’t. The pasta was too hard, and the sauce was watery. I will never return.

Food is decent for the price. Waiting time for the food however was atrocious.
Service was abysmal.
The food is decent for the price. However, the waiting time for the food was atrocious.
Service was abysmal. The guy at the counter looked like he had a grudge against me. I also have no idea why he kept darting between adjusting food on the pass and the cashier when customers there were clearly still deciding.
Just serve the food from the pass first!
Alas, when my order arrived, the chicken was nice and cooked, but my pasta was cold....
I'm not sure if this is an issue related to just this branch, but service standards need to be seriously reviewed, and the guy on duty needs to shape up or go.

Very basic western. Fries are nice. But for burgers, fast food joints burgers taste better.

Disappointing experience despite decent food. I visited the restaurant early in the day with a smile, but unfortunately left feeling quite frustrated. The place was empty when I arrived, and the cashier, who was sitting down, seemed surprised that I approached. When I politely asked if they were open, the response was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. Even simple questions about the food were answered with attitude, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I inquired about the SG60 promotion, only to be asked, rather curtly, to show where I saw it. This was confusing, as I would expect any active promotion to be clearly displayed or at least known by the staff. After my visit, I noticed I’m not the only one, as many other reviews mention similar rude behavior from staff. It’s a shame because the food was actually okay. But first impressions matter, and that kind of attitude is enough to make me not want to return.

Had my first dinner at this Chops! outlet. Service was okay. The burger is not bad. I got the single patty original chops burger and added on some hot and spicy wings. The wings were not bad, but unfortunately, one of the pieces was not fully cooked.
Apart from the food, the space itself is quite small, especially during lunch or dinner time. It feels very much like fast food, but there's only one staff member around. I would still love to come back to try the pasta and other side dishes. The food is quite affordable as well. Thumbs up.

I had dinner at Chops! Grill and Sides for the first time, and it was a great experience. The portions are generous, big enough to share between two people. I ordered the Chop Pasta, and it was filling. I particularly loved their sweet potato fries; they were crispy and flavorful. The Fried Breaded Fish was also impressive with a huge serving that could easily satisfy a big appetite. Given the portion sizes and quality of the food, I would definitely come back here again with my family.

Super delicious food! The portion is just right. Personally, my order was the Golden Chicken Schnitzel, and it tasted great with my side options: the creamy mash and mac & cheese! It was served with a spicy mayo sauce. The Fried Breaded Fish was crispy and soft on the inside; I recommend it! Lastly, the ChopBurger Ultimate IS A MUST TRY!!! GO NOW!!!!!!

I ordered the Chicken Aglio Olio, less spicy, with sweet potato fries on the side. A friend told me that the pasta here tastes much better than the grilled chicken chops, so I went in to give it a try!
Guys, I'm not even kidding, it's actually good! The spiciness mainly comes from the chilli padi, so if you want it spicier, they'll likely add more chilli padi. They give you a decent portion, but they are very generous with the chicken!
Also, the sweet potato fries are a MUST-GET! I love them so much! They're crunchy, not soggy, and have the perfect sweetness! The sauce that came with the sweet potato fries isn't that great if you're not a fan of mustard. However, they do offer tomato and chili sauce, and the chili sauce pairs really well with the sweet potato fries because it's on the sweeter side. The portion size is also very generous!
I would recommend getting the pasta rather than the chicken chops because last time I had that, it was dry. The mushroom sauce literally carried it. They have other pasta options besides aglio olio, so go give them a try!

Really enjoyed my meal here on a Sunday afternoon. I had the Grilled Chicken Cutlet set with two sides, and everything was prepared within 10 minutes, even though all tables were occupied and riders were waiting to collect their orders.
The chicken was great – juicy on the inside and crispy skin on the outside. It was well-seasoned throughout the large portion of chicken thigh. The coleslaw was creamy and crispy, with a slight sourness from what I assume is lemon juice. The mashed potatoes were up there with the best, with plenty of savoury brown sauce and a great texture; not watery, floppy, or grainy. It was also served with mushroom sauce, which was better than the weird brown sauce served at other joints and actually had a strong mushroom flavour, which I really appreciate!
Admittedly, the bar for chicken chop is quite high as there are also plenty of good ones around Singapore, but these ones were great on a few conditions:
1) Halal in an area with not many halal options.
2) Great value in an area with relatively expensive food.
3) Everything was cooked well, with no sides being a let-down.
Though I can see why paying $10.90 for chicken chop may still be steep for some, with how great it tastes and the portions, this is still one of the best meals to have around the area.
Bonus point for the young lady working the counter during lunch; she was very hardworking with the preparation alone while also cleaning the dining area, and remained polite when I collected the food.
Sad to see some of the reviews here; it's much better than a 3.9 stars in my opinion!
