There was a long wait because people occupied tables for over an hour even after finishing their ice cream/drink. Staff did not clean tables, water was not refilled, and toppings were not refilled.

The ice cream isn't bad. The waffle, however, could be better. It tasted charred on the outside and crumbled when cut, lacking crispiness. While the waffle had flavour, it wasn't great. I didn't try other items, but I came specifically for the waffles and ice cream.

Personally, I feel like this place is a bit disappointing. The red velvet waffle was overcooked, so it was burnt and bitter. The pistachio was okay, and the Earl Grey was really good. I enjoyed the flavour and texture, especially for the Earl Grey. However, the worst part for me was my matcha strawberry. It looked better than it tasted. My matcha was very grainy and powdery, making my drink mostly unenjoyable.

The lady selling was nice. However, the food was not properly cooked. I ordered waffle and chicken with Kombucha. The chicken could have stayed in the fryer for another minute to ensure the meat was cooked enough. The waffle was burnt, it was like eating toasted bread with no soft bread inside. I waited for almost 20 minutes for a toasted waffle and nearly cooked chicken. The place looks clean, and the environment is so-so. You might consider eating at other shops instead.

Wide selection of ice cream and pastries. You can try the ice cream flavors before deciding which one to buy. The iced strawberry matcha was average, with not much matcha taste. However, the ice cream itself was fresh and delicious!

They sell Melvados ice cream and many other Melvados treats in store. There are so many ice cream flavours to choose from, so we got their Nacho Flight with five scoops of ice cream, which was perfect for sharing. The waffle chips were crispy and great for scooping the ice cream. Another highlight is the chicken waffles! The crispy chicken with sriracha pesto made for a really good combo. They also have cakes, light bites, and a wide range of drinks to choose from.

Churn is amazing. I went on a Friday night and it was packed; the atmosphere was really nice and warm. They have a wide range of ice cream flavours, and I went for the Earl Grey Lavender, which was really floral and fragrant. I added a hot cookie, and it was the perfect combo. The best part for me was definitely the free-flow toppings; it made the whole experience feel fun and customisable. Would come back again for sure!

This is a rather new ice cream shop located on the first level of Home Team NS. I visited here twice after swimming at night. I tried the ice cream with the free cone promo and a waffle. The waffle was slightly burnt, but I might give it another chance next time. The cool thing is that the shop allows you to pour your own syrup and even has broken cone bits to use as toppings.
