Dabba Street

Dabba Street is a MUIS halal-certified fast-casual Indian-Mediterranean fusion restaurant that has taken Singapore by storm, founded by Adrian — the same entrepreneur behind Stuff'd. The name "Dabba" means Indian lunchbox, and "Street" represents global street-food culture. The brand's tagline, "Reimagined Indian and Mediterranean flavours, fusing them together with a green and refreshing twist," captures its innovative approach. All dishes are prepared with no ghee, no heavy oils, no added MSG, and no artificial colours or flavours, making Dabba Street a healthy yet flavourful halal dining option.

The menu is built around five customisable formats. The Biryani ($10.60) comes with your choice of protein, one "Not Only Curry" dip, two toppings, and two dressings on fragrant biryani rice with shredded lettuce. The Dabba Bowl ($11.50) offers half specialty rice and half crisp fresh vegetables with one curry, four toppings, and two dressings — the Butter Chicken Dabba Bowl is the most popular item. The Pita ($8.90) features grilled pita with tzatziki, protein, and crisp vegetables. The Biryarito ($8.90) — a registered trademark — is Dabba Street's viral signature: a whole-meal wrap combining biryani rice, protein, vegetables, cheese, and dressings in a biryani-burrito fusion that has gone viral on social media.

Protein options include Butter Chicken, Baked Chicken Tikka, Grilled Chicken (Mediterranean-style), Handcrafted Falafel, Oven Roasted Vegetable, and Indian-style Fried Tofu. The "Not Only Curry" add-ons range from Tikka Masala ($2) to Mint Chutney, Garlic Aioli, Tzatziki, Beetroot Hummus, and Pineapple Habanero sauce — the latter two being fan favourites. Toppings include cumin glazed carrot, chaat-baked potato, shredded mozzarella, red cheddar, egg mayo, and more. Sides like Onion Bhaji ($4) round out the menu.

Dabba Street currently operates eight outlets: Jurong Point (#01-31 JP2), AMK Hub (#01-36), Tiong Bahru Plaza (#B1-K06), White Sands Pasir Ris (#B1-K02), Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (#02-17 Tower A), One@KentRidge (#01-01), Sun Plaza (#01-23), and Bugis Junction. Most outlets operate 10am-10pm daily. The brand is actively expanding with new outlets opening throughout 2025. Delivery is available on GrabFood, Deliveroo, and Foodpanda.
