I love this store, the food, and the flavors. But recently, they've decreased their portion sizes. It used to fill all the way to the top, and now it's less than half the bowl.

I've seen many reviews about staff prepping incorrect orders or leaving out sides/toppings, but I chose to ignore these warnings and now I've suffered the same fate. I ordered pumpkins, carrots, chickpeas, and green peas for my toppings and only realised at home that they didn't give me the pumpkins. Given all the reviews, this issue isn't a random incident of staff oversight – it's a systemic problem. Disappointed, angry, and frustrated. I want my money back for the pumpkin 😞

On 2 July 2025, while I was placing an order for a burrito, the lady server was preparing a bowl for another customer. After she finished with that customer's order, she played with her handphone. In fact, from my angle, I could see she was watching some sort of drama, wearing a glove on only one hand. Upon receiving my order, she just put down her handphone and used the hand that touched her phone to pick up vegetables and fold the wrap! I was flabbergasted! My child had food poisoning afterwards. I regret not confronting her and seeking a refund.
Today, 8 July 2025, I ordered food for my kids, and two of the female staff were chatting and laughing while preparing the food, ending up getting my children's orders wrong. This is very upsetting. I am a regular customer of your store and have recently been seeing such concerning staff behaviour. I hope that you will look into it and do something about it. Thank you.

Got the biryani chicken burrito. Butter chicken and tikka masala. The size is a little small as a meal, especially compared to Stuffd. The choice of sides is also very lackluster, only allowing one onion bhaji.
The food is good, I guess. The butter chicken is the Singaporean kind, sweet and savoury, the way I like it. It was very oniony due to the onion bhaji, which was decently crispy too. It had some very strong clove taste, I don't know from what, but I didn't really like it.
The grill on the burrito is very appealing, as seen in the image. The meat is definitely tastier than Stuffd. Also, the garlic aioli was only really put on one side. Next, the food is not very fresh; it just sits out in the open for a long time, which isn't very cool. Lastly, this dish was jelat (cloying), damn heavy. It probably needs some acidity to balance the flavours better.
Overall, a decent alternative when you are sick of Stuffd. To be honest, I still prefer Stuffd; it's more filling with just a compromise on some flavour (never thought I'd say this).

I had a wonderful time! As it was my first time trying and I needed more time to decide, Matthew, who was serving me, was very helpful, patient, and informative! The food portions are definitely worth the price, and the food is nice!
I noticed Matthew was very helpful and polite to all the customers who came while I was enjoying dinner there! His happy and helpful spirit definitely added more vibes to the food served there! I would definitely come back with friends to be served by him again. Thank you!

I am grateful for the ability to place a mobile order and collect my takeaway meal at the outlet in NTFH. The service is good, the food portions are great, and the staff are very friendly. Seats are available, so dining in is also an option!
I would like to know if there is a point-of-contact whom my company's HR department can reach out to, for discussing staff benefits and discounts when ordering at your outlet, which is conveniently located near our building. Thank you!

So yummy. This is Stuff'd's sister, offering a different kind of salad/protein bowl. They have seating for dining in, by the way.
I ordered the butter chicken bowl, opting for salad instead of rice. The butter chicken is special, but it's breast meat, in case you don't like that. However, I still prefer Stuff'd's grilled chicken.
The green pea mash topping is to my liking because I enjoy beans/protein. It may not suit everyone who dislikes mushy textures. The curry leaf egg mayo with a hint of herb is still nice. The Indian tofu, I LOVE IT! It tastes like Indian fried chicken on the outside, but it's tofu. This is definitely a must-add topping if I come again.
The falafel tastes like other falafel.
The mint sauce isn't to my liking, but the garlic aioli is delicious.
Now, it's 5 hours later, and I'm still full despite not having rice or a pita/wrap.
Total spent: $9.30. This is a common rate for a healthy protein bowl.
