Recent visits to this outlet have been bad. I ordered 100g today, but the staff intentionally portioned cookies that contained less than 100g. I'm not sure what's with the horrible attitude at the Wisma outlet now, but I've been served by this particular staff thrice, and she definitely knows how to make each experience a terrible one.

I went over at 9:25 PM and they had already started clearing and packing up. I asked to buy the white chocolate chips they had kept earlier, but they conveniently said they had none left, presumably so they wouldn't have to re-clean or re-pack. They close at 10 PM. Bad service attitude.

I bought the NDP promotion for 4 x 160g cookies, all of the same flavour. They were packed in 4 bags, secured with just one piece of tape. For 640g in total, it would be better if they were packed into a 400g ziplock bag and a 240g bag, for better freshness. Then I paid for one plastic bag to keep the cookies tightly secured for my friends overseas. In total, 5 bags were used for 640g of cookies.

Disappointed with Poor Service at Famous Amos Wisma Atria (Singapore) As a long-time fan of Famous

Disappointed with Poor Service at Famous Amos Wisma Atria (Singapore) As a long-time fan of Famous Amos, I’ve always appreciated the brand’s consistent quality and customer experience worldwide. Unfortunately, this standard seems to falter at some Singapore outlets—particularly the one at Wisma Atria. I encountered exceptionally poor service that left a bad taste, not from the cookies, but from the attitude and handling by staff. I asked for the promotion pack of two flavours—150g each for $16.90. To my surprise, I was told that each pack could only contain one flavour, contradicting what the promotion seemed to offer. Fine. I adapted and chose four separate flavours. However, when it came to my request for the original chocolate chip cookies, I was informed they didn’t have enough to make 150g. Naturally, I suggested adding some chocolate chip pecan to make up the weight. The cashier’s abrupt reply was simply, “Cannot!” No explanation, no flexibility, just a flat rejection. What frustrated me even more was the inconsistency in their handling. After declining my suggestion, the cashier told me, “It’s okay, actually it was too hot to pack, but we still gave you.” — which made no sense. If the cookies were too hot to pack, why proceed at all? And more importantly, why weren’t the cookies baked in advance—especially the original chocolate chip, the brand’s signature and best-seller? At that point, I gave up. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of offering solutions, the staff gave conflicting reasons and displayed a clear lack of basic customer service. If I am expected to pay full price, I expect the product and service to meet brand standards. Famous Amos, please look into this. Your loyal customers deserve better.

Bought 1kg of cookies, 5 x 100g with shopback vouchers and the other 500g through shopback payment.

Bought 1kg of cookies, 5 x 100g using ShopBack vouchers and the other 500g through ShopBack payment. The ShopBack voucher redemption required each to be done separately. The cashier staff seemed unhappy and impatient processing my order, even though I was patiently placing it and waiting for 8 packets of cookies to be packed. I understand it was a hassle with the redemption process, but as a customer, I also had to click my vouchers 5 times. Can the staff not gladly do that too? Just to note, there was no one else in the queue. Hope for a better customer service experience in the future.

Today I had an amazing experience at Famous Amos during my recent visit! The store smelled absolutely heavenly, and the cookies were fresh, warm, and delicious—just what I needed. I was served by Nurfarahain and Huiqi, and they were both incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain the different flavors and even recommended a few options based on my preferences. Their warm smiles and excellent customer service made my visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Nurfarahain and Huiqi, for the wonderful service! I'll definitely be coming back for more cookies soon. Highly recommend this outlet to anyone with a sweet tooth!

It's one of those classics here at Wisma Atria basement, en route to Takashimaya. I grew up smelling the gorgeous cookie scents while walking between Taka and Wisma, and it's still there after so many decades. Many other shops around here have since changed hands a few times. I used to always bug my parents to get a bag of cookies and thoroughly savour each bite at home. If you're looking for gifts or snacks to bring to a friend's place, this works quite beautifully.

Simple but satisfying cookies 🍪 Nothing out of this world but decent enough for a quick cookie fix.

Simple but satisfying cookies 🍪 Nothing out of this world, but decent enough for a quick cookie fix. I tried a piece of their original chocolate chip. The bigger cookies are soft and chewy, unlike the mini counterparts which are super crunchy. The cookie had just the right amount of chocolate chips and wasn't too sweet, with a substantial chew. I think the dough part of the cookie could have had more depth in taste, but for the price, I don't have any complaints! It was definitely a delicious cookie all in all. Definitely worth a try, and if I had to choose one, I'd recommend the small cookies! food 4.5/5 service 5/5 ambience 3/5
