I respectfully don't know what the issue was with the cashier on September 7th at 11:48 AM. I was planning to use my birthday voucher (minimum spend $5), so I decided to buy the 100g pack ($6.68). I showed the voucher to the cashier and asked nicely if we could use it. She raised her voice and tone and replied rudely that there is a minimum spend of $5. I ended up buying the 200g pack ($13) to use the voucher. From one service staff to another, please don't be rude or talk as if consumers owe you something. Mutual respect goes both ways. It seems from the reviews that there have been rude cashier staff lately. Hopefully, the company will do something about it.

The staff was weak and poor at mathematics. They were unable to perform proper calculations, even with a calculator, for the quantity and price of cookies that customers requested.
