I respectfully don't know what the issue was with the cashier on September 7th at 11:48 AM. I was planning to use my birthday voucher (minimum spend $5), so I decided to buy the 100g pack ($6.68). I showed the voucher to the cashier and asked nicely if we could use it. She raised her voice and tone and replied rudely that there is a minimum spend of $5. I ended up buying the 200g pack ($13) to use the voucher. From one service staff to another, please don't be rude or talk as if consumers owe you something. Mutual respect goes both ways. It seems from the reviews that there have been rude cashier staff lately. Hopefully, the company will do something about it.

The product is premium with a modern store setup and a solid marketing strategy. However, the customer service is far from premium. The staff displayed a poor attitude when dealing with me. It's unfortunate that the final touchpoint failed so badly for Famous Amos. 🤦♂️

There was a cookie promotion on, so I requested an extra bag to split the cookies with my friends. The lady was adamant that I couldn't get an extra bag, even though I offered to pay for it.
She then suggested that if I wanted extra bags, I could just get the 400g pricing and split it into 4 bags, so I agreed. When it was time to pay, she changed her mind and said I had to pay for 100g x 4 instead of the 400g price.
While she was okay, her colleague (a taller Malay lady) was super rude and dismissive.
Honestly, I don't understand why I can't just get extra cookie bags, especially since I don't mind paying extra for them. When my mum used to buy cookies, there was no problem getting extra bags.
If they sell clear plastic bags, why can't I just buy the cookie bags as well?

The customer service was really bad. It seemed like she had no patience when answering my questions. I only asked if I could mix flavors, and she just pointed out two cookies. Then, when I asked how much 100g would be, she impatiently put two different flavors on the scale and looked at me. I can't believe a bag of cookies costing S$6.80 comes with this kind of service. I hope you can improve.
