It's honestly shocking and extremely upsetting to see how many reviews there already are about this staff member, Nabila, treating customers rudely, yet the management has done absolutely nothing about it. Clearly, the complaints aren't being taken seriously. When I went to buy cookies, I was served by her, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. She was openly rude and dismissive, and the way she looked at me made it obvious she wasn't sincere in her job at all. It felt like she didn't want to be there, and customers were just a burden to her.

I'm not sure if they changed the recipe for the macadamia nuts to be chopped into smaller bits. I've always been a fan of macadamia cookies where you can enjoy both the cookies and the nuts together. But this time, I bought a 300g pack during a promotion. However, I couldn't taste the nuts at all. Look at these small chopped bits of nuts. I ate a few pieces but couldn't find any with big nuts. Almost a quarter of the bag was gone, but still no big chunks on the cookies. I couldn't even taste the macadamia cookies like the usual ones I always buy. Bought on Wednesday around 8 pm.

I was really disappointed with the service at this Famous Amos outlet at Tampines, especially from a staff member named Nabila. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It felt like she had no interest in serving customers properly. What's worse is that I noticed other reviews also mentioning her poor attitude. Clearly, this isn't a one-time issue, yet nothing seems to have been done. It's honestly frustrating to see repeated complaints go ignored. Famous Amos really needs to take this seriously. Customers deserve respectful service, and staff like Nabila are damaging the reputation of the brand.
