They were too slow to follow up and didn't seem bothered. They claimed there were only two staff members on a weekend! At least inform customers that the waiting time is at least 30 to 45 minutes or longer. There were also only a few diners. I just paid for the drink and left!

The food here is decent. However, the quality seems to fluctuate whenever I visit, sometimes for the worse and sometimes for the better. For instance, my spring rolls are at times soggy and not hot, while other times they are crispy and delicious. This is just one example. I hope the restaurant can take this into account and ensure more consistent food quality.

I've been here more than three times. Overall, the food was acceptable. Just note that the waiting time can be slightly longer during peak hours, approximately between 10-15 minutes. Since it's a Vietnamese restaurant, their coffee is expected to be good.

This Vietnamese-style restaurant is also a chain, and their basic beef noodle set is quite good. The beef is tender, and the seasoning is authentic. However, they tend to use a bit too much salt; although extra salt can enhance the flavor, it can leave diners quite thirsty after the meal.
Initially, I ordered through delivery, but their delivery service was not good, as the soup would often spill. You can only truly enjoy the soup when dining in.
In terms of value for money, it's quite reasonable and a restaurant you can visit regularly.
