As a regular customer (21 times via GrabFood), the standards have dropped drastically from bad to worst. For the chicken chop and pan-grilled cod bundle, they used to provide a bigger chicken portion and included a small corn. Now, they've reduced the chicken portion and removed the corn entirely, yet still increased the price. Ordered delivery and the taste quality is just downright bad. The chicken chop used was not fresh, tasted very rubbery, and I couldn't finish it. Usually, I don't waste food, but it was so bad that I had to throw it away (see second picture).

The counter staff couldn't understand English well. The most she could comprehend was 'chicken'. So, on that day, I ordered a chicken chop and carbonara ham pasta. As she was busy with something else, she didn't even look at me when she took my order. When she was keying it into the system, I repeated what I wanted to order three times, and she kept saying 'what' with an annoyed expression. Agitated by the lack of customer service and her dismissive attitude, I told her that next time, if someone wants to order, she should put down whatever she's doing, look the customer in the eyes, and acknowledge their order. She became very angry, took a stack of receipts, and slammed them on the counter twice. I was so shocked that this kind of attitude is acceptable in the service industry. Please look into this. I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't have a work permit.

Came to order the CP series and was told they are no longer selling it. The hot plate is also no longer selling. Then why can't you cover them up or paste a 'not available' sticker over the items? Is it pure laziness or a marketing problem?

Went during lunch at 12pm. The ordering system could be improved. When you order, there's no number to indicate your order number, and there were a lot of people waiting, around 10+ while we were there. When the food is ready, the cashier just shouts out the food order, which is vague as human memory is quite short, and people have to check if that's their order or not. It would be better to assign a number system like any other stall to better organize the system. The food was good though, so I'm willing to give it another chance.

Ordered the truffle spaghetti with grilled chicken. It was very delicious – the chicken was wonderfully done, crispy yet juicy. The spaghetti had a creamy sauce with the right texture and wasn't salty. Compliments to the cook, Ah Boy, and Humairah for ensuring the food was prepared as per my request.
