The food was cold. The order was ready in less than a minute. I'm not complaining about how fast it was ready, but I am upset that the food was made too far in advance. I don't know if they even follow SFA protocol. The fries were also cold. Don't come here. Other fish and chip places might be better, but this one can't make it.

Did the owner from 18 Chef take over? I saw his picture on my last visit. The standard has dropped dramatically compared to previous visits. The chicken was cold and not freshly prepared, and the aglio olio lacked garlic and olive oil, likely to save costs. Disappointing.

A stall inside Koufu, it's halal. Tried the classic fish and chips; the fish was crispy and not dory fish. However, I felt very thirsty after the meal.

Had a disappointing experience with the fried chicken, which was extremely hard to bite, almost to the point of being inedible. The fries were well done, though.

Went during lunch at 12pm. The ordering system could be improved. When you order, there's no number to indicate your order number, and there were a lot of people waiting, around 10+ while we were there. When the food is ready, the cashier just shouts out the food order, which is vague as human memory is quite short, and people have to check if that's their order or not. It would be better to assign a number system like any other stall to better organize the system. The food was good though, so I'm willing to give it another chance.

Had the salted egg fish and chips. The fish was crispy and not dry, and the fries were very good. Enjoyed the meal thoroughly.

Ordered the truffle spaghetti with grilled chicken. It was very delicious – the chicken was wonderfully done, crispy yet juicy. The spaghetti had a creamy sauce with the right texture and wasn't salty. Compliments to the cook, Ah Boy, and Humairah for ensuring the food was prepared as per my request.

I was quite surprised to see some of the low reviews. Perhaps it's because this shop only recently opened and is still working out the kinks in their operations. I guess I'm here to help balance their average rating. I ordered the #8 Salted Egg Chicken Coco Set. The chicken was fried well, and the portion size is very generous for $9.90. Too bad I don't have a photo to share; I ate everything before checking the reviews. I can honestly say that this place deserves a chance for everyone to try their food. I know I will definitely be coming back again!

7 months ago, my wife ordered takeaway for me. The taste was normal, and the coleslaw was less than half full. Today I tried again. The taste has improved so much. The fries were crispy and fragrant. The amount of coleslaw was reasonable. Verdict: Don't get takeaway because the food's freshness changes compared to eating it on the spot.
