Koufu stands as one of Singapore's most established and extensive food court operators, managing over 70 outlets across the island that transform traditional hawker culture into modern, comfortable dining environments. As part of a company that operates 180 outlets of coffee shops and food courts with 12 distinct brands in Singapore and internationally, Koufu has become an integral part of Singapore's accessible dining landscape.
The food courts feature diverse dining options with carefully selected stalls, several of which provide halal-certified meals to cater to Muslim diners and Singapore's multicultural community. While not all stalls within Koufu outlets are halal-certified, the food courts clearly identify halal options, such as the Rasa Seafood and Yong Tau Foo stalls at Jurong West, and Ban Mian & Fish Soup and Chicken Rice stalls at White Sands Pasir Ris.
Koufu operates various food court concepts including Fork & Spoon (their dedicated halal food court), The Gallerie, 1983, and Happy Hawkers, with locations spanning from neighborhood estates to major medical facilities like Singapore General Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital, shopping centers like Thomson Plaza and Velocity at Novena Square, and business districts like Fusionopolis. This extensive network ensures that quality, affordable food court dining with halal options remains accessible to communities throughout Singapore, maintaining the convenience and diversity that defines Singapore's vibrant food court culture.

A huge food court, conveniently located at B2, just outside One North MRT station. It's spacious and air-conditioned with many food choices. The stall, Hao Jia Ban Mian, serves nice dumplings (红油抄手) for $6 for 6 pieces. The price is okay, and the taste is good. Give it a shot! The place is packed during weekday lunches.

Bought this from the juice store. It tastes really weird and watery. It's supposed to be an avocado banana milkshake, but it's literally just avocado water with no banana taste. Highly do not recommend this disgustingly prepared milkshake.

Usually get breakfast from the lovely aunties who are fast and polite.
This morning, a young lass was on shift and the service was lacking. She skipped serving me to attend to another lady behind me, which was a small matter. Erica, who was at the counter, noticed and quickly rectified it.
At payment time, I passed the docket to the young lass, attempting to inform her that the lady who jumped the queue had her payment declined. I was disregarded. :(
Oh well, this is a case of bringing back the trusty and nice over-50s aunties! At least their polite and cheerful selves start my day right! Shout out to the aunties! :)

The breakfast bao is often served cold, as if it hasn't had enough time to steam. The tea leaf egg is sometimes sour. On a few occasions, the aunty at the counter has also overcharged by $0.10–$0.20.
Luckily, there's a young lady who always helps to resolve these issues and corrects the aunty.
I hope the management can strengthen the SOP to maintain quality and consistency.

A food court with the basic fare you'd expect. They offer Cai Fan, Western, Japanese, Korean, Ayam Penyet, and Roasted Delights – essentially what's standard in a local food court. The food is just average but affordable. The tables and chairs are clean, and the service is typical for a food court. I particularly enjoy the Ban Mian here as they include vegetables and mushrooms. This food court is perfect for a fuss-free lunch. Do note that it can get crowded during the lunchtime rush.

A pretty normal Koufu. Meals range from $5-$10+. The Korean stall is quite good and has some healthy options (like the kimchi soup, $6).
It was quite empty on a Friday at 5pm, decently quiet.

My hubby and I have visited Koufu, a large food court located on B2 level of One-North Connexis, Fusionopolis, several times over the years. This particular food court has a modern and clean ambience, with spacious seating areas and ample lighting. The decor is sleek and minimalist, making it a comfortable spot to grab a meal. The kiosk food counter staff at Koufu (Fusionopolis) were mostly efficient. They work very quickly and dish out your food fast, reflecting the hawker-centred culture. Koufu here offers a wide variety of food options, including Asian and Western dishes. We have tried out different stalls over a few visits, and generally, the dishes were flavourful, and the prices very reasonable (as it's a food court). The food court can get very busy during peak hours, so be prepared to wait in line or grab a seat quickly. Restrooms (male/female) are nearby. The lavatories are generally clean and well-lit. I usually need to brush my teeth after food consumption, and the restrooms here are well-equipped and functional. Dated 16th of May 2025 (Friday).

A clean and spacious food court in Basement 2 of Fusionopolis, with ample seating even during peak lunch hours. I recommend the Laksa and Prawn Noodles from the Fish Ball Noodles stall. Very tasty and reasonably priced.

Spacious, brightly lit, air-conditioned, lively, and vibrant dining space. There are cafes, a supermarket, KOI bubble tea, 7-Eleven, and bakeries conveniently located around Koufu (Fusionopolis). One North MRT is immediately below it, and LYF Hotel is just an escalator away. A superb location to have lunch with co-workers or grab and go dinner after work. There is a variety of Halal and non-Halal, local Singaporean or China Mala cuisine. There is also one vegetarian stall for vegetarians. If you are a veg lover with no particular restrictions on the sauces used, then there is another mixed veg rice stall where you can have plenty of veg and meat choices. My personal favourite would have to be the jelly-collagen Hainanese chicken rice .

Great food court at reasonable prices with good variety! On weekdays, arrive before 11:30 AM to secure a table, as they fill up quickly. Be prepared for a wait for tables. The food court is open on Saturdays for lunch with limited stalls operating. My favourite is the Thai Cuisine shop, which is open for Saturday lunch. You must try their Thai Green Curry with vegetables or pork (I find the chicken too fatty). I come here weekly just for this dish! The Thai Green Curry Vegi is shown here. While not strictly authentic by Thai standards, it's still extremely good and a must-try!
