Koufu stands as one of Singapore's most established and extensive food court operators, managing over 70 outlets across the island that transform traditional hawker culture into modern, comfortable dining environments. As part of a company that operates 180 outlets of coffee shops and food courts with 12 distinct brands in Singapore and internationally, Koufu has become an integral part of Singapore's accessible dining landscape.

The food courts feature diverse dining options with carefully selected stalls, several of which provide halal-certified meals to cater to Muslim diners and Singapore's multicultural community. While not all stalls within Koufu outlets are halal-certified, the food courts clearly identify halal options, such as the Rasa Seafood and Yong Tau Foo stalls at Jurong West, and Ban Mian & Fish Soup and Chicken Rice stalls at White Sands Pasir Ris.

Koufu operates various food court concepts including Fork & Spoon (their dedicated halal food court), The Gallerie, 1983, and Happy Hawkers, with locations spanning from neighborhood estates to major medical facilities like Singapore General Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital, shopping centers like Thomson Plaza and Velocity at Novena Square, and business districts like Fusionopolis. This extensive network ensures that quality, affordable food court dining with halal options remains accessible to communities throughout Singapore, maintaining the convenience and diversity that defines Singapore's vibrant food court culture.

Absolutely atrocious portion sizing and price. $3 for “premium meat” which was just 3 pieces of pork, and they had bones in them as well. Highly recommend staying away.

A spacious food court with a wide variety of food stalls, including Muslim nasi padang and Malay food stalls, as well as a Nonya food stall. There is plenty of seating and the place is brightly lit. Food prices are reasonable. Unlike at the "Kopitiam Group" food outlets, there is no 10% senior citizen discount.

This is a scamming food court for sick patients and their families. The fruit drink stall is running a Ponzi scheme on patients and people who come here to eat. I ordered a banana + strawberry with milk. During the making of the drink, only one piece of strawberry was put in and half a banana for SGD 4/-. The percentage of milk used was close to zero, and the drink was just water with a banana taste. Based on the picture, this is rubbish inconsistency. Terrible food stall inconsistency and food pricing: The mixed vegetable stall. First time ordering the same items cost SGD 4/-. Still reasonable. Now ordering the same type of two food items: peanuts with ikan bills and one piece of meat patty, no rice. They were just put in a plastic bag, not using a container, and cost SGD 6/-.

The Ayam Penyet and chicken rice are nice. The Wonton Mee is average. The coffee station had a long queue even during non-peak hours when I visited.

Very spacious with a wide variety of food. They even have vegetarian options at the back. The price is quite reasonable for the vegetarian food, and the portion is good. $5.50 for a plate like this, with 3 dishes and rice - egg tofu, potato, and broccoli with cauliflower. Went on Saturday evening, and the vegetarian stall closes around 7:15 PM.

The only food court at Sengkang General Hospital was quite packed at lunchtime. Few tables were reserved for wheelchairs, and there were plenty of wheelchairs during my visit. A lot of stalls here, offering plenty of choices. I tried the ayam penyet, and it was good. The chili wasn't too spicy. There was a long queue at the drink counter.

Grilled salmon with AO. $12.90 for this, and the portion size didn't disappoint, especially since I thought it would have been smaller given their stall is in a hospital. The taste is not bad either. The butter rice was very fragrant, and the black pepper sauce was on point! Probably the only stall that gets it right in terms of taste and presentation.
