Koufu stands as one of Singapore's most established and extensive food court operators, managing over 70 outlets across the island that transform traditional hawker culture into modern, comfortable dining environments. As part of a company that operates 180 outlets of coffee shops and food courts with 12 distinct brands in Singapore and internationally, Koufu has become an integral part of Singapore's accessible dining landscape.
The food courts feature diverse dining options with carefully selected stalls, several of which provide halal-certified meals to cater to Muslim diners and Singapore's multicultural community. While not all stalls within Koufu outlets are halal-certified, the food courts clearly identify halal options, such as the Rasa Seafood and Yong Tau Foo stalls at Jurong West, and Ban Mian & Fish Soup and Chicken Rice stalls at White Sands Pasir Ris.
Koufu operates various food court concepts including Fork & Spoon (their dedicated halal food court), The Gallerie, 1983, and Happy Hawkers, with locations spanning from neighborhood estates to major medical facilities like Singapore General Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital, shopping centers like Thomson Plaza and Velocity at Novena Square, and business districts like Fusionopolis. This extensive network ensures that quality, affordable food court dining with halal options remains accessible to communities throughout Singapore, maintaining the convenience and diversity that defines Singapore's vibrant food court culture.

Bought an iced teh o (at $2.50, mind you) and was told only after payment that no straws were provided. But as you can see, the opening of the plastic cover provided was clearly not made for drinking straight from it: it was instead the standard opening made for straws.
If your company wants to use the excuse of “environmentally-friendly” to force your customers to go without straws, please use paper cups instead. Not providing straws but instead using large plastic cups makes absolutely no sense to back your “environmentally-friendly” agenda. Heck, even the plastic cover itself uses more plastic than one straw, which only leads one to assume that the straw-less movement is just a pretext for your company to cut costs.
If you want to force your customers to go without straws for the sake of saving cost, please at least have the sensibility to provide cups with openings made for straight-drinking. Not doing otherwise just really makes your company look like a profit-grabbing venture.

Japanese/Korean Stall: To be honest, the protein tasted good, but I feel the portion size is average for the price. Also, I think the food is quite basic/underwhelming; I'd say it's not really worth buying here. 2/5.
Beef Noodle Stall: The Mala Hor Fun beef noodles were good and spicy. The beef brisket was tender and soft, and the portion of it was decent. I'd give it a 4/5.

Ordered two meat dishes from the caifan stall. HOW IS THIS $6.50?!? The signboard is misleading. 2 meat + 2 veg with rice is $6.50, but two meat dishes alone are also $6.50. This is blatant daylight robbery. The service is also horrendous. Never ordering from this caifan stall again.

First time trying the mixed veg rice (菜贩), and it will also be the last time! Terrible service from the Vietnamese lady, and the food was quite expensive. A meat and egg cost $5.50. $3 for meat, $2 for egg, and $0.50 for rice!! Oh my goodness! It's a pathetic amount for $3 with SO MUCH FAT.

It’s very packed at lunchtime. This stall had longer queues, so I presumed the food must be at least decent for Singaporeans to queue.
The prawn noodles are pretty good. I'm not exactly an expert in prawn noodles; I think my last bowl was in primary school, which was 14 years ago. These were good dry prawn noodles, but I asked for more vegetables, and the amount of extra vegetables was really pathetic, lmao. Especially for the price of $5.80, it’s not very worth it.
However, the soup was good, and all in all, the noodles weren’t exactly overcooked, but I don’t think they were perfectly good either. The sauce was also okay.
The pork was also relatively okay tasting, but there were only two slices in the bowl. I think one of the prawns still had its shell on.
Edit: I also tried the popiah from this same stall. It wasn't that special to me despite so many people ordering it. At $2.70, I'm also not sure whether it's the cheapest popiah out there. The skin also stuck together because it was not cut properly.

Self-service with a wide range of food and beverages. Queues tend to form during lunch hours. Returning trays after finishing your meal is a good practice. It can be noisy, but it is air-conditioned. Finding a table during lunch hours can be challenging.

Good selection of stalls, my favorites being the lei cha and yong tau foo. Prices are quite reasonable considering it's an air-conditioned food court, and it's very conveniently located.

Great tasting kebabs! Other dishes like the mezze platter were excellent too.
The kebabs came with generous portions of fillings and were very tasty, just a tad salty. We got the chicken kebabs at $8 each.
The mezze platter ($15) was also very generously sized, huge I would say.
This stall delivers taste that is superior to many restaurants, and they definitely provide value for money. A recommended find!

Had the mixed kebab wrap. It was superb, with a generous amount of protein. I really enjoyed the wrap and would definitely come to eat again.
Do not order if you can't take spice; maybe request to not have the peppers, as it has a kick like a jalapeño pepper.
