Dined here this evening. The food was okay, though the priciest items on the menu (burgers) were truly subpar. The indoor play area was barely more than a mat and a fake empty playhouse. I could do better with toilet rolls and some imagination. Service was horrendous. Their system for getting orders via QR was malfunctioning, and it took 20 minutes and me asking about our order number before they realized something was wrong. Everyone else that ordered via QR had their food delayed. Other than the two staff manning the cooking stations by themselves, I'm not entirely sure what the other staff were doing. The kitchen area seems comically oversized for the number of staff allocated to cooking. It is also ridiculous that they lock most of the entrances at 7:30 PM – that's the only way people with strollers and wheelchairs can get in/out. Meanwhile, the manager takes her own sweet time, preferring to fiddle with the ordering kiosk over getting the key or delegating that task to another staff. I hope another restaurant takes over such a promising space that's befitting of better management.

The environment is good. Staff is okay. But this is the worst laksa I ever had. Never had I imagined

The environment is good, and the staff is okay. However, this is the worst laksa I have ever had. I never imagined I wouldn't be able to finish a bowl of laksa, and I waited nearly half an hour for it.

Good food nice cozy place to sit! We ordered quite many things only thing is I didn’t like the chick

Good food and a nice, cozy place to sit! We ordered quite a few things. The only thing I didn't like were the chicken nuggets; they had a really weird texture. On the other hand, everything else we ordered was good. There's also a play area, so kids can stay busy and let you eat in peace! One more thing: there was only one host during the daytime, so things were processing very slowly.

The one near Tanglin Gate. Prices are expected to be high at this location for hawker food. Tried two of the cheaper options below $10 - Nasi lemak with chicken rendang & seafood hor fun, both at $8.80. Local kopi prices are $2+, which is acceptable. Self-ordering kiosks. Lagi system. Self-collection of food and drinks. Staff were inefficient and food took a long time to prepare; I had to go back twice for two dishes. Even drinks took a long time. What was worst? The super bad attitude of the drinks prep staff. She refused to answer and just glared at me when I asked if my drinks were ready, as the number after mine had already received theirs. So rude. Not coming back.

Mee rebus $7.30 is just a full bowl of noodles with one egg, little bean sprouts and dried bean curd

The mee rebus at $7.30 is just a full bowl of noodles with one egg, a few bean sprouts, and dried bean curd – that's all. The fried noodles taste slightly better. The only plus point is the cold air conditioning.

Good ! Price reasonable. I will return as long as I am in Botanic Garden. This place a bit under rat

Good! The price is reasonable. I will return as long as I am in Botanic Gardens. I reckon this place is a bit underrated. They should sell some wines and cool beers. I was early for lunch, so there weren't too many diners, but the fried tempeh and tofu were cold. It would be much better if they were served hot. Perhaps the kitchen staff are insufficient or too busy. Hope the owner sees the potential of this place.

Surprisingly good! Looks and feels like a automate controlled fast food - maybe because it is a auto

Surprisingly good! It looks and feels like an automated fast-food experience, perhaps because it is. You place your order on a screen, but there's also a large menu on the wall to help you decide. Payment is by card only. However, the food you collect yourself at Counter B (Counter A is for drinks and beverages) is good! Tasty, good quality, nicely presented, and very affordable! You pay an average of S$10 for a good meal.

The food price is acceptable for a place like the botanical gardens. The mee rebus portion was larger than the regular portion found at hawker centres.
