The staff, Nornasriq, gave less than the $1.50 worth of plain rice that should have been served. When I asked to repack, he told me it would cost an additional $1. This is not a good way to have barakah, bro. I pray you change for the better.

Am not a fussy eater and not someone who wastes food. But this recent experience was terrible. $1.50

I'm not a fussy eater and I don't usually waste food. However, this recent experience was terrible. I paid $5.50 for three vegetable dishes and rice: eggplant, lontong cabbage (without egg, beancurd, and carrots), and bitter gourd. The veggie dish was $1.50 and the rice was $1.00. My previous few orders from last year were also not good. I thought they might have improved and decided to order just vegetables this time. It was the wrong decision. Despite my best efforts not to waste food, all the vegetables were inedible. They were so hard, tough, and tasted raw – the bitter gourd, the eggplant itself, the eggplant skin, and the hard block/chunk of cabbage. It was also too expensive for $1.50 each for a small chunk of hard cabbage, three pieces of eggplant, and hard, raw-tasting bitter gourd. They served really bad quality food. I don't know if the cook actually tasted what they had cooked. I wasted my money. By the way, their other stall at Westgate food court was also a disappointment (I had a stomachache soon after). I'm not going to give this stall another chance to waste my money.

The chicken was undercooked. The cashier was dishonest, stating it was $8 but charging $9.50. This is why I sometimes prefer paying cash over using a card. A merchant with no integrity. Even a primary school makcik could cook better than this.

I ordered a Beef set at $8.50. I chose beef rendang, brinjal, and beans with firm beancurd. There was only one piece of beef, and the meat was very dry and tough. The seasoning of the rendang was good, but it didn't penetrate the meat, leaving the inside bland. Thankfully, the brinjal and beans were nice. Their sambal and chilli sauce are excellent, but the beef was really disappointing.

Located inside Clementi Mall, Boleh Boleh food court. I had the beef rendang, paru, and kai lan vegetables with assam gravy. The portions were generous, the taste was not overly spicy, and the beef was tender. I will want to try the assam fish itself next time

Had lunch at Hjh Maimunah Yishun twice, and they served a variety of dishes from non-spicy to spicy. They also have lontong, mee bakso, and mee soto if you're looking for something simple. The taste is great; I would have expected more spice, but I guess they cater to the Singaporean style :). This place is located in a food court, so it's not fancy and can be slightly hot. The price is reasonable with big portions. 1 chicken + 1 tempeh vege is around $6.50.

Hjh Maimunah Mini at Clementi Mall is a true gem! Shafieq and his team are incredibly friendly, always greeting customers with warm smiles. Their rendang is a must-try – tender and generous. The sambal sotong and sotong hitam are delicious, packed with authentic flavors. This stall brings the best of Singapore's hawker tradition to the food court. It's a wholesome experience that'll leave you satisfied and smiling. Sedap!
