Jasmin Stall has been serving homemade Malay and Indonesian dishes at Seah Im Food Centre for over two decades, building a loyal following through consistent quality and family recipes passed down through generations. Currently operated as a family business by the owner and his mother, the stall embodies the kind of multi-generational hawker tradition that forms the backbone of Singapore's food culture.

The menu focuses on Malay favourites with their speciality being various noodle dishes. The Mee Goreng comes in different preparations, each showcasing the stall's ability to coax maximum flavour from simple ingredients through proper wok technique and seasoning. The Maggi Goreng is offered in both Putih (white) and Merah (red) versions, giving customers the choice between a lighter preparation or one with more robust, spiced flavours typically achieved through sambal or tomato-based sauces.

For those preferring soup-based dishes, the Mee Kuah delivers noodles in a flavourful broth that provides comfort and sustenance. The signature offering, however, is their Soup Tulang - particularly the Merah version crowned as the "King of Soup Tulang." This bone marrow soup, rich and hearty, features bones stewed until the marrow releases its full flavour, creating a deeply satisfying dish that has kept customers returning for over 20 years.

The family's commitment to homemade preparations means each dish carries the authenticity of home cooking rather than standardised hawker fare. Operating from Seah Im Food Centre in the CBD area, Jasmin Stall serves office workers and residents seeking genuine Malay flavours prepared with care.

Horrible store. I bought one pack of nasi goreng and one pack of maggie goreng, and ended up both packs were full of black, mouldy cabbages! Disgusting! And there goes our dinner that cost $11.

I decided to try their mee goreng because of the long queue, assuming the food must be great. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. The noodles were not properly cooked; their texture was similar to how they are when taken straight out of the fridge. To add to that, there were barely any ingredients, just a few bits of cabbage and the occasional beansprout. Most importantly, it was extremely oily. I'm still puzzled by the long queue here. Perhaps there are no other mee goreng stalls nearby.

One person handling all the tasks, I don't think customers understand. The slowness of the person didn't make the food very tasty. For me, the mee goreng is the best, so tasty. Had patience to order, good. Very busy during lunch time.

Looking at the reviews here, I can't say much about the other dishes as I've only tried the mutton soup. Therefore, I can only review based on that dish alone. The soup was thick and flavourful, definitely something I'd come back for. My only gripe is that they took their own sweet time to prepare the food, which I guess is why people are seeing long queues. (For context, I was the only customer in line, buying just one mutton soup, and it took 20 minutes.)
