The breads were good, but the overall experience could be improved. We arrived at 9:28 AM and were told the shop wasn't open yet – it opens at 9:30 AM! While the staff member did their job, they could have been more motivated to serve us. What difference does a couple of minutes make, especially when the items were already on the shelf and ready to be sold? It seemed more like a reflection of low morale. Management could do more to empower and support their staff; happy employees make for better customer experiences.

They should really consider having a safety food seal or taping the bag for deliveries. Waiting over an hour and a half for the food to arrive in this condition is really upsetting. Packaging should also be taped down securely, as the cover was loose upon arrival. That aside, the Grab driver was obviously angry or had serious issues for him to do this to my food, lol.

Reply to owner: If you had truly reviewed the CCTV footage, 1. You would have seen that your staff collected payment from me first. So, you are saying it's okay for your staff to collect money first but serve the customer last? 2. You would also have seen that another staff appeared to be sleeping or feeling unwell at one end of the stall. This is a really unique way of running a business. ***** Service staff who identified himself as Teh needs training on food handling and customer service. 1. The puffs looked like a mess. 2. The staff does not understand the concept of first-come, first-serve. With only two people in the queue, he collected payment from both and prepared the second order first. 3. The instructions the staff gave about keeping the puffs (3 days) differ from what's stated on the box (2 days).

At AMK Hub, the night staff provided poor service. They showed a black face and their tone was not good. As an R&B retail provider, I understand customer service. I went to your shop around 9:30 pm. I can understand she was preparing for closing and cleaning. I have been to AMK Hub before, and the morning staff is good. That is why I returned to purchase again.

I had the opportunity to patronise this Taiwanese bakery upon their introduction of their halal signage. I seized the chance to savor their cream puffs. These delectable treats boast a delightful creaminess and feather-light texture, creating a truly satisfying mouthful experience for any sweet enthusiast. What sets their Cream Puffs apart is the magical aspect of their filling. Each puff is filled only upon your order, ensuring freshness and flavor. I had the pleasure of trying all their flavors - the presumed original Hokkaido, Chocolate, and the pleasantly surprising Matcha. While my expectations were modest for the Matcha, it pleasantly surprised me with a balanced taste that wasn't overpowering. The Chocolate and Hokkaido were equally delicious. I will try their other delicacies soon. They have plenty of outlets throughout SG. A delectable snack or dessert bakery that offers a plethora of flavorful choices, and the fact that it is halal is a definite plus.

Bought their Hokkaido Polo Bun because the showcase looked too tempting, and it really lived up to its hype! After an almost 40-minute train ride home, the cream filling was still cold, and the bun was still crispy outside and fluffy inside. 10/10. Honestly, I didn't expect it to taste this good because most polo/bolo buns in SG are a hit or miss, but I can definitely see myself getting this again, even in the original creamless version.

I was in the area and this store attracted me with their picturesque desserts. I ended up ordering their yuan yang kazu kazu filled with chocolate and matcha, the crispy durian cream puff, and the limited edition strawberry polo bun. Overall, I prefer the kazu kazu and the crispy cream puff. The durian was great, as well as the chocolate. I wished I had stomach space to try the donut. I will be back to try more, be it here or other outlets. I would highly recommend.

First time buying after a friend's recommendation. I bought the signature Hokkaido cream puff. It's not cheap. The outer layer is crispy, and the cream inside is smooth but very liquid. It will flow out once you bite it. I like it, but my wife doesn't. She prefers a custard feel. Try it yourself to rate it.

I liked the durian and Hokkaido cream puff. I've bought them many times, and my kids love them.
