The food is generally okay, though it can be quite salty. I wasn’t a fan of the appetizer sampler—the three different flavors were served cold and overly salty. The truffle fries, however, were good.

Visited on a Friday at 5 pm. The place was quite full but not overly crowded. The wait was at least 20 minutes.
We had the promo set which included grilled lettuce, lasagna, and pineapple pudding.
The grilled lettuce was fine, and it was a generous portion. The lasagna didn't have much beef. The pudding was on the sweet side, likely due to the pineapple marmalade used.
Overall, it's an okay place, but the service was not attentive. The ambience was noisy, especially with the constant moving of the metal chairs.

The food was okay, not bad but not particularly spectacular. The truffle fries were crispy, but the cheese quality could have been better. The sautéed mushrooms were alright. The beef lasagna had too little beef and was a bit hard at the sides. I'd skip the grilled lettuce. The coconut ice cream was too milky. The best dish was the sea bass fillet with lemon risotto, which was flavorful and the fish was fresh. Service was mediocre.

Sadly, the positive reviews are simply not to be believed. This is some of the worst Italian food we’ve ever had, and we cannot understand all the great reviews.
The only item which was not bad were the beef meatballs. The beef oxtail cheese baked rice was hugely disappointing, and the flavours just did not go well together at all.
The aglio olio with ham and chicken was another huge letdown, with the pasta being bland and the ham having a paper-like texture.
I personally wouldn’t mind going back to try the other dishes, since there are so many excellent reviews, but I would avoid the dishes I mentioned. I must say, the service here is excellent and the ambience is very nice.

The food is average, but the service recovery was excellent. We ordered one of their $28.90 3-course sets and some à la carte items to share. To our disappointment, we could hardly find any beef in the main course (beef lasagne), though it was full of cucumber slices and cheese. We initially thought we had been given vegetarian lasagne by mistake!
Upon highlighting this to one of the waitstaff, he promptly checked with the kitchen and offered us a complimentary replacement minced beef pasta with white bolognese and dessert. He wasn't confident that the other frozen beef lasagne in their fridges had sufficient beef within. We were very impressed with his service recovery!
Verdict on individual food items:
- BBQ wings: Quite yummy and well-prepared.
- Caesar salad: Quite decent with a good helping of greens. Loved the mix of crunchy croutons, cheese shreds, lettuce, bacon bits, and egg slices presented on an edible grain bowl.
- Beef lasagne: Appreciated the cucumber, but there was no beef...
- Beef pasta with white bolognese: Lean and good servings of minced beef with al dente pasta, but the sauce was too salty.
- Sea bass with risotto: Nice, buttery risotto with fresh, pan-fried sea bass. However, the risotto became too heavy after a few bites. It would have been nice if they had added some grilled vegetables to balance out the dish.
- Dessert - caramel panna cotta and coconut ice cream: Both were good with generous helpings.
